I was lucky to be in Lucy's tour on a bright, sunny day in the region.
We went to different interesting places within the city and in the peninsula - a mix of historical structures and nature. It felt like we have visited and seen a lot of amazing places without the feeling of being rushed. We were even lucky to see sea lions and their pups chilling in their natural habitat!
Lucy is an amazing and lovely tour guide who is knowledgeable of the region. Her careful driving skills made our trip comfortable. Not only that, she was incredibly patient as I was running a few minutes late from our meeting time (really sorry for this). She was also exceptionally understanding and considerate to our senior tourmates, which I highly appreciate.
Overall, it was a great and memorable tour for me - all thanks to Lucy and also to my tourmates.

We were a group of six older women traveling together. Lucy was a wonderful guide for our day in Dunedin. We had multiple stops in the city and then a lovely scenic drive and time to take a nature walk at beautiful Allans Beach, before our lunch and tour of Larnach Castle. Lucy made sure we were back to our ship in time. We would recommend this private tour of Dunedin.

The driver, Sarah, took us to all the sites listed on the tour. The pick-up from the cruise port was timely and seamless.
If I had read the description better, I would have understood that this was not a guided tour but a driver service with some information provided.
Sarah is a nice person but spent most of her adult life in Australia, so she does not provide the same perspective as a local. During the day, my husband could not hear or understand most of her words. The way she drove often made us nervous, especially the 4 1/2-minute race down what she called "Dunedin's most crooked road."
We had sufficient time at each stop and were happy we booked this tour instead of the ship's tour by bus, but I'm not sure I learned as much about the sites we visited.
If I had read the description better, I would have understood that this was not a guided tour but a driver service with some information provided.

We had a wonderful time. Lucy took me to so many amazing places. She was a wonderful guide and give us a lot of information. Very nice tour.

We loved Lucy! She was knowledgable and took us to many locations to get beautiful photos. She paid attention to the tide so that we would be able to see the sea lions on the beach. She also monitored information from the port and discovered our ship was scheduled to leave earlier than our original itinerary. She personalized our tour to make sure we got back to the ship in a timely manner. We had a great time with her and covered a lot of territory! We felt like we got the most out of our only day in Dunedin. We highly recommend this tour!

Fantastic small group tour - highly recommended. Covers the sights of Dunedin, Larnach Castle (a decent amount of time there, though probably not enough time for a sit-down lunch in the beautiful Ballroom Cafe if there's a cruise ship in town), albatross centre and - most amazingly - the seal beach. Just incredible. Being a small group tour means the itinerary and timings can be a little bit more flexible.

Russ was an excellent guide. It was obvious that he loved his hometown city of Dunedin. He was very knowledgeable & able to answer all kinds of questions. I would highly recommend this tour.

Lucy was an excellent guide, comfortable vehicle and great personal service with the small group tour. She was able to take us where the large coach's couldn't go and get very close to the wildlife.

Very nice scenic tour to experience beautiful nature of New Zealand. I enjoyed watching wildlife - Albatross, Sea Lions, Penguins, Dolphins and many more species, birds and fishes.
