Manos has created a unique space with ancient time wine production, weapon and armoury making according to ancient and authentic techniques and makes wonderful sculptures on an outstanding and very authoritative level.
The way he gives the workshop is really outstanding: easy to understand and pursue for beginners and non beginners. It is really great fun and you bring home an self made souvenir in a handy format. Thank you so much Manos!

Booked the Sculpture Workshop for my 14 year old and myself. We were welcomed by Manos who did a fantastic job of introducing the scene and the venue, an amazing reconstruction of an ancient Greek drinking party in honour of Dyonysus.
The workshop was perfectly user friendly, materials of top quality and clearly laid out. Manos takes you through all steps of creating a head sculpture while demonstrating hands on. We were thrilled with the result of our work which we got to take away flawlessly packed in a miniature box.
We are definitely going back when in Athens, and likely to try the Wine Tasting too.
Highly recommend.

When is the start time? Are there various times that I can sign up for? If I wanted to do this in the later afternoon/evening, is that possible?

The studio owner was extremely flexible. it's worthwhile writing to him and asking whether you can schedule the workshop for an alternate time.
