We were disappointed at the level of English from our guide in the bus. Our guide out in Terezin was, however, to confusion really good, and really good at learning from him and telling about the most important things we experienced out there.
After the first stop we went to a museum where we found that we didn’t have enough time, as she hurried on us a lot and we couldn’t even see and read all the interesting things that were to see, which was really regrettable. She had difficulty explaining in English, and this was super unfortunate.

This trip will be unforgettable. Our tour guide Tatiana was incredible, the best that could have happened to us. Kind, responsible and very eager to explain and answer our questions.

We booked this tour for Terezin and we were welcomed by a kind, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful guide (Jarka)
Departure at 8.30 am where we got on a minibus that took us to the small fortress; going around the camp we were able to visit the places where the daily activities of the concentration camp took place (the accommodation, the showers, the medical center, the laundry, etc.) after which, still with the minibus, we moved to the large fortress as well as the city of Terezin and we was able to visit the museum dedicated entirely to the massacre of children that took place there. As the last stop, the minibus took us to the crematorium and each of these stops was interesting and touching thanks above all to our guide who explained each step to us in detail.
We recommend this tour.

Terezin is a fascinating place to visit and well worth the trip from Prague which was just under an hour each way. Our guide was knowledgable but we weren't the only ones struggling with her accent and doing our own research (wikipedia on our phones) on the bus trip there. Also it was advertised as an English tour but there was a Spanish group as well so everything was said in both languages which made it a bit disjointed. The local guide within the small fortress was great.

Really informative trip. Our guide in the coach , Mikhaela, was really knowledgeable about the background of Terezin and didn't make us feel hurried in any way round the memorial. The local guide at the Small Fortress was excellent. Thoroughly recommend this trip.

It felt rushed, especially in the museum. The guide on the bus and at Terezen were very good.we needed more information about where to pick up the tour.

Well run. Ms. Milada was and expert tour Giuseppe who shared her knowledge generously and shepherded us through the exhibitions and buildings. This is not an easy place to visit.
Contrary to other reviews- nothing was rushed. There is a LOT of depth to many exhibits and this was a very good tour of the Terezin location.

Poor quality guide on coach ,boring and disinterested.The guide seemed to have no empathy for what was for some an emotional excursion.

Accurate description, and did everything that was listed under what to expect. Tour guide was very knowledgable and provided a lot of information regarding Terezin and it’s history. Everything was on time and went according to schedule. Would recommend to friends and family.
