The guide took us to the significant buildings and monuments. He explained, in detail, the history and architecture.

We loved the tour with our guide I tikka, very attentive, competent, lots of information about Prague, we visited the most important place in Prague in one day.

Driver was on time and very friendly and polite
The guide is in the car was not clear st all and route was not planned therefore it was difficult to understand what was going on.
Overall once we were by the gardens on foot the tour was better - clear and understandable and she explained in details even to our question.
Lunch was average and good
Alot of walking - get ready with comfortable shoes
Not much time to take pictures

The guide Sofie Milanova was great, excelent in the explantions of the tour. We were 5 people 4 canadians and me brasilian. We just love Prague, beautiful city, and our guide helped us so much. Thanks a lot, Sofie!!!

We booked the tour with great expectations but ... nothing was as we expected. I have to highlight the punctuality of the driver who pick us up at the hotel and the guide who was super nice and very informative.
About the tour, I think they have to update they brochure. The car leaves you at the castle and the rest you do it walking, they don't specify that. You only see the museum and the dancing house through the glass of your window. Then it says you have wonderful buffet at the boat....nothing to do with that. After going down the castle you go to a restaurant at 11 o'clock... too early for us to have lunch by the way... and they give you one course meal, no drink included, no coffee, no desserts either. The couple that was with us complaint and the guide paid for two of our beers (hope it was not with her own money). After that you walk to Charles Bridge and a long walk under the heavy sun to the boat, which says it's two hours cruise...nope!!!! not getting to an hour there and they don't give you even some water. When you leave the boat you go to the jewish ghetto and that's where the tour finishes, close to the old square. So, big disappointment. Nothing to do with what they sell. Again, I really want to highlight the guide, she was really nice but I think after covid they change thing but they haven't changed they brochure. DON'T LIE TO YOUR TOURISTS!!!!

Empfehlenswerte Tour, deckt die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten ab, s. Programmbeschreibung. Mit Wachablösung vorm Schloß und Glockenspiel am Altstädter Rathaus.
M. E. kommt das jüdische Viertel leider zu kurz. Hier hätte ich mir mehr Zeit gewünscht und dafür gerne auf die Bootsfahrt verzichtet.

Excursão hiper-cansativa. Guia Ana fala sem parar de modo impressionante e impessoal. Após a metade da excursão a pé era impossível acompanhar a dinâmica da guia hiperativa. O roteiro poderia ser menos extenuante. 0s motoristas do traslado e da Van não fazem questão de ser simpáticos. O barco vem ao finalzinho de tudo num trajeto decepcionante. Ruim o programa. Não recomento.

We booked this 6.5 hour tour across Prague through our hotel (Hotel Aida) via ‘Best Tour’.
Upon booking, we were given a pick up time in which a personal driver from ‘Best Tour’ would pick us up directly from our hotel and take us to the designated meeting point... to note, our driver arrived on time (in fact, a little early!) and everything went as planned.
Once dropped off we met our guide - Valentina, and she would be our tour guide for the day taking us around Prague and informed us what we would be doing.
Myself and my partner were dubious at first when we realised we were the only two people on the tour, (being winter, perhaps not too much of a surprise) however, thanks to Valentina, our day turned out to be far better than expected!
A special mention to Valentina as she was the nicest person we met during our time in Prague and overall, she is a wonderful, kind and most intelligent guide you could hope to wish for. Not only did she inform us throughout the day of the facts and history behind Prague’s greatest treasures, she also made us feel at home throughout and gave a dedicated, friendly and personal feel to the tour.
We learnt more than we could have ever hoped for and saw Prague and beyond on what was a greatly satisfying tour!
I would 110% recommend this tour as you really do get to see and learn EVERYTHING you would want to know and see about Prague and if you have Valentina, no doubt you will have an even better time!

Nicht nur die Tour war kurzweilig und interessant, sondern auch die Reaktion unserer Reiseleitung Eva. Nachdem mein Mann auf dem Hradschin "abhanden" gekommen ist, war sie mir als Ehefrau sehr zur Seite gestanden die Familienzusammenführung wieder herzustellen. Hierfür möchte ich mich auf diesem Wech nochmals ganz herzliche bedanken!

How is your tour for older tourists? Im visiting Prague in May with my parents both in their 70s (just retired from work but they do tire after a while). Just wondering if they must sustain a vigorous pace or if there are breaks to sit for a wee bit.
