Very Pro service. Everything as expected. We were a group of 14 and hired 2 minivans. Both drivers were respecting us with a sign at the exit of the airport and for the return transfer arrived well in advance.
The new vehicles and in perfect condition of cleaning. Very friendly and helpful drivers.

Booked to be dropped off and picked up at our Hotel, but I changed the return to the Cartier shop in the old town square.
Driver was on time at airport and was 100% professional. He dropped us off by the cartier shop, but around the corner. It didn't occur to us we were in the wrong place until after he'd gone. As we were unsure of the metro and couldn't hail a cab for love nor money, we walked to our hotel which took an hour!
Ok, so that was the only downer. On pick up day, I called to confirm that we were getting picked up at the agreed point. Driver was there at the appointed time.
Good service and despite the error in communication I'd use them again.

Our flight was delayed. We contacted the company and they had no problem in accommodating the change, providing us with specific driver and meeting instructions via email.

Absolutely perfect service. The drivers were very nice and helpful and they were smiling all the time. They arrived on time, helped us with our luggage and we didn't have to worry about anything. The cars are beautiful, new and clean. Thank you very much for the wonderful start and end of the holiday thanks to your service, we will contact you again.

Long walk from arrival terminal to car. I t would have been easier to take a taxi from terminal 2 instead. Driver only assisted with a small luggage while I struggled with 2 large luggage across roads and up and down pavements trying to keep up with him. The drive was supposed to be relaxing but I felt like I was on a racetrack and hanging on to the seat for dear life. Never again!

Our flight was almost an hour late and our driver waited and took us without delay to our destination. Our driver was very good and helpful. I would use them again.

We booked both the journey to the hotel and the journey back to the airport in advance. Our plane was massively delayed on the outbound flight, so I was worried that the driver would no longer be there. At the airport, however, we were met by a very nice chauffeur. We booked "executive class" and were transported in a clean Mercedes. When we were picked up, the same nice chauffeur picked us up from the hotel on time. We would like to thank them for this first-class service. We will definitely book this company again on our next visit.
