This was the best wine tour ever - and it was all thanks to Michal! It ended up being a private tour since no one else had booked and my boyfriend and I could not have had more of a blast. Informative, yes, but what made the tour so spectacular was Michal's energy, his ability to roll with all our crazy questions, and his lack of judgement, when of course the wine pours at the end were quite big and our ability to stay sober was quite low. Ha! Thanks again, Michal.

Wij hebben vanmiddag de stadswandeling en wijntour met Michal gedaan. Het was een heel erg fijne ervaring. Michal praat vol enthousiasme over de geschiedenis van Praag en hoe de wijncultuur daar is ontstaan. Wij hebben een heel erg leuke middag gehad en zouden zeker aanraden deze tour te doen!

Really good tour.. our tour guide Michal is extremely knowledgeable and speaks almost flawless english.. the wine bar where the tasting is done is really good.. nothing bad to say really.. do recommend and would do again if/when in Prague again.

Really great tour, Michal was very knowledgeable and had many fun facts, the wine tasting at the end was great too! Would definitely recommend!

Die Weinverkostung inklusive Tour durch Prag hat uns sehr viel Spaß bereitet. Mike konnte uns enorm viele interessante Fakten nennen und hat das Erlebnis mit spaßigen Anekdoten abgerundet. Und die Weinbar, in welcher die Verkostung stattgefunden hat (Vinograf) kann ich auch nur wärmstens empfehlen! Ich würde jederzeit wieder eine Tour bei Explore Prague buchen! 😊

Die Zeit verging wie im Flug. Michal macht seine Sache echt toll! viel input über lokale weingeschichte, nette Anekdoten über die Stadt und den Wein. Der Wein selber ist auch gut 👍

Good information about wine and wine tasting at the end was excellent. Michal was very knowledgeable about wine and Prague; he kept us interested for the whole 2.5 hours of the tour. Thanks michal

Even though our wines are not as known as others, I'm glad you found them enjoyable. On your next visit of Prague, look out for our Mělník Wine Tasting Day Trip, we'll be happy to take you out of Prague to see original medieval cellars from 14th century! Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo partecipato a questo tour, mossi dalla voglia di scoprire di più riguardo ai vini della Repubblica Ceca. Michal, la nostra guida, è stata una guida eccellente! Ci ha prima fatto conoscere, attraverso un tour a piedi,i posti simbolici per il vino a Praga, spiegandoci nel dettaglio la storia di questo prodotto in Rep.Ceca e raccontandoci aneddotti interessanti legati al vino; nella seconda parte ci siamo spostati all'interno di una fornitissima enoteca, nella quale abbiamo degustato 5 vini prodotti nelle due maggiori zone vinicole ceche: Michal ci ha dato addirittura possibilità di scegliere tra bianchi, rossi, varietà diverse...noi abbiamo chiesto il suo consiglio e abbiammo assaggiato 5 vini eccellenti!
Consiglio vivamente questo tour a tutti gli appassionati di vino! Cheers!

Whoever is a wine lover should go on this tour.
Michael the guide is a very knowledgeable person and does his research very well.
The winebar chosen has the widest selection of wines possible.

We met with our tour guide Michal at the Charles Bridge. We quickly learned that no one else had signed up for the tour, so our group tour turned into a private tour! Michal was a a great guide and told us all about the history of wine making in the Czech Republic. We did a quick walk around some of the old town before getting to a wine bar for some tastings. We did 5 wines, all were very good. At the end we opted to stay and sample some additional wines. The wine bar has a wide selection of wines from all over, but we mainly stuck with Czech wines. We ended up buying 2 bottles, which we got a discount for taking the bottles with us. Anyone visiting Prague and who likes wine, should sign up for this tour! You won't be disappointed.

If you are real wine lover, make sure to visit us some time (in September) again ...September is a month of wine harvesting so there's some wine festival going on every weekend. Or wait until we launch our Moravia tour and come and visit Moravia with us! :)
