Our guide Peter turned out to be very knowledgeable and mainly sympathetic providing us with not only with informations but also with a typical Czech humour. We definitely recommend!! ;-)

This was a very pleasant tour, which was entirely and overall tailored to our needs. Our guide Martin was very nice and professional. We were satisfied overall.

Very well carried out tour by a professional and very kind guide Lukas. We were walking at our own pace and could discuss with the guide some particular details, set questions etc. Overall satisfaction from our side.

We were overall satisfied with this tour - even my wife :-)) Our guide Lukas was very kind and attentive and shew us the most important sights of the city and also provided us with some insider tips. We greatly recommend.

Příjemná, přibližně čtvrthodinová procházka Prahou ve společnosti slečn (paní?) Martiny, která je skutečná profesionálka a brala ohled na naše potřeby, jaky rychlost chůze, drobné nákupy po cestě a podobně. Velice doporučujeme!!

I think this would have been a good tour if it wasn't for our tour guide.
Our experience with Petr Maslo as our tour guide was extremely disappointing. Here are the main issues we encountered:
Disorganized and Underprepared: Petr arrived without a clear plan, frequently asking us where he should take us next. He only showed a few old black-and-white photos from his phone to compare to the present locations, and this only happened because I repeatedly asked for it. It seemed he forgot about this part of the tour, as I found over 50 old photos in his collection, but he only showed us three. He also missed two key locations on our itinerary. Throughout the tour, I had to prompt him for information rather than him proactively sharing facts and insights.... It was like pulling teeth.
Time Wasting and Inefficient: Petr refused to start the tour until I provided a piece of paper to confirm that the tour was mine... even though no one else was there waiting for him at the meeting up point. This wasted 20 minutes. He could have begun the tour and waited for the confirmation from our agent, which arrived 20 minutes into the tour.
Inappropriate Behavior and Sexism: Petr’s demeanor was pessimistic, and he made several inappropriate jokes towards women, even using the word "vagina" multiple times in a crude context. Despite me being with my boyfriend, he often alluded to traditional gender roles for women and implied specific dynamics in relationships that were uncomfortable and sexist.
Unprofessional Conduct: Overall, Petr’s conduct was unprofessional and not up to the standards expected of a tour guide.
I would not recommend Petr as a tour guide based on this experience.

This is such a nonsense that we even refuse to analyze it point by point. ALL travelers have vouchers prepared at the beginnigs of tours. It is written in your booking that you have to present these on spot to the guide. That is how milions of other tours throughout world operate.
The phototos are related to toher tours / topics etc. Peter is one of our best guides and has excellent reviews from all other travelers. Sometimes you can see his name mentioned in 5* reviews here. We only know you were complaining on your medical issues since the very beginning of that tour (still we are sorry of you - we wish nothing bad to anyone) and due to them you ended the tour after a very short time. So it is impossible that our guide would have committed all the bad things wihtin such short amount of time and logically he did not take you to some parts of the city because you returned back to your hotel after 20 minutes.
Please be fair at least ;-)

Bývaly bychom si vzaly celodenní túru, ale počasí (nekřesťanské vedro!) nás donutilo spokojit se s touto kratší verzí. Ale ani tak jsme ani trochu nelitovaly a příště vezmeme celodenní.
Průvodci v této firmě jsou evidentně samí Mr. Sympathy (Martin) ;-))

Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to do the full day tour, but it was great and we enjoyed it a lot!! We especially liked the Lesser Town with all its parks and gardens!
