Booked 5 months in advance and sold a song. Told we would have 4 beers, unlimited soft drinks, music and games. Images showed tour around Prague on a nice bike. Arrived at a car park on the outskirts of town (50min walk away) We were told to get on a broken, health hazard of a bike with broken seats and chains, one beer pump, a wireless Bluetooth speaker, but no music, and told to cycle around an industrial estate. Booked for 17 of us there was just enough space for 15 with 2 of the seats broken.
I was appalled. The driver and waiter were just operatives, they were great, not their fault, and I argued the toss. They negotiated £100 off the price.
Then, they cut the time negotiating the price of our actual ride time. This was our main stag do event. Ruined. Did we drink 450Euro of beer? Absolutely not. Did we see anything? No. Did we enjoy it? It was ok.
Massive underwhelming experience. When we finished we saw another bike being delivered, plush and looking good. They said, oh that's 50euro more, it is better. We were never offered that bike, we were offered processeco and cider for 50euro more and that was what it meant. Joke.
Utterly shocking. The manager/owner changed the location the day before and didn't want to speak to me. Do not book unless you want a tour around an industrial estate on the outskirts of town with drain smells, abandoned buildings and homeless people on the streets. I am going to be trying to get my deposit back to. When it ended we realise done tyre was also partially flat.

Myself and 12 friends came to Prague for a hen do and one of the activities we did was a Prosecco Bike Tour with Natalie and Ralph. It was great fun, they organised games, kept us topped up and both really enhanced our experience. We almost forgot about the pedalling! Would definitely recommend for a bit of fun with friends!

We had an amazing time on the bike and the games were super fun... also Raf and Natalie were very friendly and accommodating. Recommended!

We went as a group of girls and had an amazing time! The games were super fun and Natalie was absolutely amazing! Rafa was our driver and he was really great as well! Would absolutely do this again!

Had a great time on the beer bike with my sister's bridal party. The tour last about 1 hour 30 with a stop in between to play a card game and use the toilet if needed. The starting point isn't the greatest spot but don't worry, the ride around is nicer a much fun being on main roads and competing with other beer bikers you may run into. Our guide Geeza and driver Marten were great fun and kept the experience all around fun.

Natalie and Raf gave us such an epic drinking bike tour around Prague. So much fun and Natalie and Raf were so accommodating and friendly. Fully recommend.

Had such a great time. Really - games, so much fun. Nothing was too much for them. Oyku and Valteri were just the best. Cannot recommend them enough.
