La première épreuve est de trouver la caisse et ensuite l’entrée du musée qui se situe à l’intérieur d’un bâtiment. Mais une fois à l’intérieur c’est vraiment chouette. Des maquettes de trains à perte de vue, des trams qu’on peut conduire…bref les enfants ont adorés et les parents retournent en enfance. Super !

Nous y étions avec 3 jeunes enfants. Le personnel ne parle pour la majorité pas d'autre langue que le tchèque. Ainsi il était difficile de communiquer. Il y a une grande expo avec les trains qui roulent. Bravo pour le travail, mais après 10min c'est bon on a tout vu. De plus, il y a des boutons pour des sons et lumières supplémentaire. Mais les explications sont uniqument en tchèque et de plus la moitié ne fonctionne plus. Il y a 2-3 simulateur de bus, tram etc. C'est nul car l'engin roule sans prendre en compte la direction choisi par l'enfant. Donc en d'autres mots en regarde bêtement un film. De plus les simulateurs sont sâles et en partie cassés. Il y a une mini plaine de jeux indoor qui pue le renfermée. Nous regrettons d'avoir fait le detour et d'avoir payé autant.

De modelspoorbaan was groter dan verwacht. Er zijn diverse scènes te activeren met drukknoppen. De uitstraling van de modelbaan is helaas wat minder en soms erg eenvoudig. Met kinderen waarschijnlijk erg leuk, want er zijn ook diverse randactiviteiten zoals racebanen en simulatoren.

Un paradis ferroviaire tchèque miniature pour les petits et les grands. On s'y amuse volontiers quelques heures sans voir passer le temps. Beaucoup d'espace pour se promener, les modèles sont joliment réalisés, juste dommage que les bateaux ne se déplacent pas. Sur place, tout est vraiment bien pensé pour les enfants. Certaines parties sont interactives, plusieurs espaces de jeu, un local de construction de lego technique, 2 grands circuits de course pour automobiles télécommandées, il y a même une petite cafétéria pour se restaurer. Vraiment top, une belle expérience !
Côté budget, une entrée au prix symbolique de 50 czk pour les enfants d'une taille inférieure à 1 m, sympa. Pour les adultes, 230 czk. Beaucoup de jouets originaux sont en vente, prévoyez quand même assez large. Contrairement à d'autres activités locales chères et peu intéressantes pour touristes, pour celle-ci à mon avis chaque centime est avantageusement investi.
Au fait, un peu étonnant, la porte d'entrée pour acheter le billet se trouve au 1er étage (magasin donnant sur la rue) et l'exposition se trouve à l'étage inférieur que vous pouvez atteindre en ascenceur si vous avez une poussette. Des casiers sont mis gratuitement à disposition pour laisser vos sacs.
Vraiment un endroit génial à ne surtout pas manquer si vous êtes en vacances à Prague, plus encore en famille.

Apprezzabile l’idea e lo sforzo di presentare un mega plastico ferroviario da record in grado di lasciare i ragazzini (e magari anche gli adulti) a bocca aperta. Apprezzabile lo sforzo, ma il risultato non va oltre: nel complesso il luogo si presenta disordinato, caotico nella sua organizzazione, un po’ abbandonato. Sembra quasi come ci sia stata una bella idea iniziale, si sia partiti e poi all’imporovviso ci si sia fermati a metà dell’opera, o forse anche prima. In questo stato lo sfruttamento turistico diventa difficile e il richiamo perde di potenzialità: non basta un negozio in strada, in una zona di grande shopping, accattivante e moderno per attirare visitatori e farli poi passare in un sotterraneo dove c’è questa sorta di ‘regno dei trenini’ in stato di semi-abbandono. Peccato, a mio avviso allo stato è un’occasione mancata.

My son loves trains. To be honest I was really disappointed here, partly because they have places like this in my home country that are free or very low cost/donation type. I found the entry to be very expensive and a lot of locals were having their kids look in the windows, at the free displays etc which was a bit telling. Anyways. There are a few small setups, some actual docked bus, tram, train, then a very large exhibit covering the majority of the lower level. You can't get very close to most of it. We just couldn't stretch out a lot of time in it but as I felt it was a one time opportunity, it's ok.

A really big model railroad in central Prague. You buy the tickets on the entrance floor and then go down in the basement to the MRR.
Really recommended, but as someone said, not that many trains moving at the same time and most of them really short. But well worth a visit.

Great placeto visit for all fans of railways- big or small. The place is easy to find- right beside the shopping centre Novy Smichov. You can easy get there by Metro or tram. In the lobby you have to buy tickets (a little more expensive than expected, but it's worth it). Then you go to the basementto enter. The area is huge. For the first sight you do not expect it, but when you go farther you will see, it goes once more one floor lower and there it is- the small map of the Czech republic. In August 2019 was only 1/3 ready and finished and the other parts were under the constructin. But there are so much to see- modelsof vehiclel, military, lego, planes.... All located in showcases or on the construction site of the map. On the firs floor are located public transports vehicles- tarain, bus and tram which you cen enter and take a ride like a driver. On the front window you see the road as in the reality. You can easy stay for 3-4 hours and stlill keep discovering something new. On the main map you can press buttons on the sides of the map and look at some mechanism how they work. Even the changin of night and day is so realistics. We were excited about the visit and we will definitely come again. Save your ticket as you will get a discount on access to other partner attractions in the Czech Republic, such as the Prachov Rocks or Mirakulum.

Dette var storveis, en glede å være her, lykke for både store og små. Modellene var stort sett veldig for seg gjort (men unntak av en stein som så ut som en meteoritt).. Veldig bra laget til for de yngste også, her må det være et supert mål og dra med barnehager på tur. Et helhetlig konsept..
