Started off slow as the driver was 20 minutes late in arriving due to local traffic. Only eight participants on the tour so we went in a mini van. The van was comfortable enough. Driver was friendly and made up some time getting us there. When we arrived, is about a 1-1.5 kilometer walk uphill to the castle. You can take a cab most of the way, but we all chose to walk. Once there, we were given a guided tour of the castle, which was quite informative. Castle is nice enough but not grand by any means if you have seen many castles. Nice view over the countryside and village below made for good pictures. Overall good place to visit and tour took about five hours total (not four).

We reached the meeting point about 10 minutes before the agreed upon time. The lady responsible for dispatching the people to the multiple tours seemed confused and disorganized. We were a bit worried about our tripl.
However, our drive took charge and once we left, about 30 minutes late because of all that confusion, everything was great. He was really nice and made sur that we were comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our trip but it could have been more organized.
I would not book with Grey Line again but I would like to thank our driver Allen (not sure that's how he writes his name haha) for his professionalism. He really is the reason this review is not lower.
