We were using this company for two private transfers, Our first Prague to Krakow, they messed up our time with 8-pm instead of 8am as scheduled. Hour 1/2 later they got a driver there. Spent over 30 min just trying to get a driver set up to take us there. All in all missed the first 1.5 hours of our day. Then two days later after confirming, no problems, driver confirms. He is a no show and at the last min the company tells us no driver and to get a cab from Krakow to Budapest. Thank goodness the hotel was able to help us out. This was a nightmare!!!. So needless to say we will not be using this company again. Didn't even offer a refund for extra money spent on Cab ride!!! The only good was driver from Prague to Krakow was great, although it took 1.5 hours to get him there!!! Would not use this company again.

thank you for choosing Travel Europe for your journeys.
I am terribly sorry about your experience. I was dealing with your transfer from Prague so I know the details. I have to admit that a technical issue occurred and our driver in Prague was absent. So we kept you waiting over an hour when a new driver arrived. I am really glad to hear that you very much enjoyed the journey to Krakow after all.
Regarding the second transfer from Krakow, our partner company canceled the confirmed driver just 5 minutes before the pick-up. Very unprofessional, we can't accept this so we stopped working with them the same day. Unfortunately, we realized that we will not be able to find an alternative for you quickly and we're sure that there is a hotel transfer at your disposal. I hope you received the full refund on the same day.
Please accept our deepest apology once again.
