Brilliant way to spend an hour. It was a little tricky solo as I had to accost random visitors to take pictures 🤦🏻♀️ but got some good ones!

It's very expensive if you take into consideration what you get for the price you have to pay. It takes literally half an hour to get through the whole experience as there are three rooms to visit and a few illusions to see / photograph.
The family ticket costs almost the same as what you have to pay for visiting Camera Obscura in Edinburgh, but there you have 5 storeys of over 100 of illusions and an interactive show to top it up with.
Do not bother. It's a waste of money.

Cena vstupenky je naprosto srovnatelná nebo i nižší než mají podobná muzea v Praze. Nevím jestli opravdu komentář patří k našemu muzeu, návštěvníci si nás často pletou s jiným podobným muzeem. Máme 15 místností a více než 150 interaktivních optických klamů a velkoformátových obrazů.

Great outing. There were a lot of different attractions. We are in our 30s. This is more geared towards children, but older people will enjoy as well

This attraction was average but fun. When taking the pictures, some were very clearly not illusions. Such as the dinner plate. However, the kaleidoscope and other illusions similar to that were amazing. Would defo recommend as one of your stop off points while visiting Prague.

Consigliato per trascorrere del tempo divertendosi a scattare foto particolari.

Prague is a great city with many interesting sights to see, but without doubt this was the thing I enjoyed most, along with the Illusion of Art Museum. I went towards closing time and I was on my own. As they weren’t busy one of the assistants came round with me and took my photo at all the illusions. This really made the visit for me. The illusions are funny and clever, and I have so many great photos. There are other interesting things to look at too.
I told a friend who was visiting the next month and she thoroughly enjoyed it too. This Museum is for all ages, especially if you have a sense of fun!
It’s a little difficult to find as it’s in a shopping mall but well worth seeking out.
I would like to thank the members of staff who were so kind and helpful and regret it took me so long to write this review but I always remember the visit.
I told a friend who was visiting the next month and she thoroughly enjoyed it too. This Museum is for all ages, especially if you have a sense of fun!

Went 7pm on a Thursday, was not busy and spent over an hour here. Nice to see the history of old illusions & then get involved, laughed loads, still laughing at pictures now. Recommended.

Definitely a good bit of light hearted fun to be had while in Prague, I would recommend that you go early to make the most out of the experience, we went at about 10am and I was very comfortable looking around the exhibit with of a few other people in there with us! The staff are very friendly and offered to take several pictures of me and my partner together! Put the Museum of Illusions on your Prague to do list for sure you will have such a laugh!

Museo carino più che altro per bambini sui 10 anni. Avevo letto nelle recensioni che era interessante anche per adulti, ni.... e che la visita durava 1 ora (in mezz'ora era finita) e che si trovava la storia dell'illusionismo ...non l'ho trovata....

È una questione di opinioni: secondo la maggior parte dei visitatori, il museo è adatto a tutti, indipendentemente dall'età, mentre gli adulti apprezzano maggiormente le antiche illusioni ottiche storiche e le mostre interattive. Alcuni visitatori che studiano a fondo tutte le illusioni ottiche trascorrono quasi due ore nel museo. Naturalmente, chi si limita a passeggiare per il museo, logicamente esce in poco tempo. :-)
