Assistance and then getting started was in English, very friendly and helpful. Dodging trams, cars and bikes a challenge. But being able to do your own thing was brilliant. If you have Google maps and a sense of adventure.....highly recommended

Great price, easy to operate, we were able to return the scooter after hours, around 10:30pm.
