Zeer aangename wandelingen gedaan in het bos. Zeer veel bijgeleerd dankzij de gids. Het enige minpunt was dat het muzeum en het reservaat gesloten waren omdat we de tour geboekt hadden op 31 oktober (brugdag).

We had an incredible time exploring the beauty of this magical place! Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, we were taken to a variety of places where we could spot bison and other wildlife. Amazing place for researchers and tourists alike. Would absolutely recommend.

I paid a week ahead for a half-day program starting at 12:00. No connection, nor a phone, neither a mail. No call or mail 24h before - only the TripAdvisor automatic mails. So I reorganize my day...
I have paid and get nothing.
Later, 8:13 in the morning of the day of visit they _send_ a mail (i received it in the evening):
"Hi Gaborr, i’ve just realised my original message didn’t send…where should i pick you up from today? Best regards,, Oliwia"
No phone numbers, no mail address... no way to reach them.
I wait some days if they refund the price. I write it here and wait a week before contacting with Tripadvisor.
I have paid and get nothing.

Hi Gabor,
Your booking was automatically confirmed. I have contacted you on the morning of the trip booked, 4 hours prior to start to ask where am I picking you up. You didn’t reply until 10 hours later, which is 2 hours after the end of the trip you have booked. I have stayed online throughout the day to check messages and await your reply. As mentioned above, you did not reply with a pick up point until 10 hours after my email. We always contact our guests through TripAdvisor messaging service, as it provides a trail in case of dispute. Up until now we had absolutely no issues. We are not a fake service and it’s quite an unfair statement to make in that situation. I am sorry you feel that way. Best regards

I couldn't recommend it more, we've had a great day, seen all the historical sights in the area as well as exploring the beautiful forest, it was really well adapted to my 4 year old son, so great time for adults and child. Nothing was too much trouble, didn't feel rushed, all our questions have been answered, highly recommend!

We enjoyed the tour with Oliwia to the bizon reservation and forest(incl. Miesjce Mocy)! It has been fun but also informative regarding the history and flora&fauna of the forest.

We booked at very short notice. The highlights were the bison reserve (to guarantee seeing a bison) and a forest trail. The tour was enjoyable and informative - Oliwia (Mark’s wife) is very knowledgable about the forest and area. We will be back at a better time for spotting wildlife!

Hi, would it be possible to do the tour with 5 persons (3 adults, 2 kids age 13 and 16 years). I can only chose up to four persons.
