Finger weg! Leider fand bei uns der im Vorfeld bezahlte Flughafentransfer bei der Abreise nicht statt. Das Unternehmen verwechselte trotz angegebener Flugnummer die Abholzeit von abends mit morgens. Der Fahrer rief um 4:30 am statt pm an. Nach Aufklärung weigerte sich das Unternehmen, den späteren Transfer am Nachmittag durchzuführen! Ich solle mich an Expedia wenden, über die ich den Service gebucht hatte. Leider hat mir das Unternehmen eine von mir geforderte Bestätigung über den nicht erfolgten Transfer verweigert!

Our driver found us quickly once we'd got through arrivals. We quickly got to our accommodation. Our driver was friendly. Communucation with the office was also good when confirming pick up times.

Never use this company they never showed up to pick me up for my return to airport
I also tried contacting them numerous times about changing my pickup time so I could be at airport earlier and not 1 reply did I get .

Brilliant service, on arrival we were greeted by our driver who was very polite and professional.
On our return the service was punctual and again very professional.

Drivers were there to meet us for both journeys. As with all Polish people we metther English was very good, they were very friendly and attentive.

Picked up from the airport and driven to the hotel I was staying in: all fine.
However, the problems arose when I was due to be picked up for my ride to the airport. The driver did not turn up (I waited twenty minutes); I had to make my own way to the airport; no reply from the company (despite two emails to them asking what happened). Unimpressed.

Yes you can and most hosts will arrange everything in advance.
The drivers monitor flight arrivals so even if you arrive ahead or behind your original departure time, you will be met as soon as you clear customs.

Hi,
I booked a return taxi for Sunday April 21st and leaving on April 24th. the taxi was not there to meet us on Sunday 21st. I had texted and emailed to confirm prior to my visit. The email was rweturend and the text messaged failed so i wasn';t suprosed when there was no taxi. Also the number on here didn't work, but a kind lady at Krakow airport found me another umber. When i phoned, the very apologetic lady said she has no free drivers as it was Easter Sunday - the exact reason why i booked a taxi i the 1st place. however, she reassured me that i would be able to get a refund.

I have emailed the company via their website and i still have had no response. I am going to try and phone them today. However, the number on trip advisor didn't work when i was in Poland and the helpful girl as tourist information at airport was able to find me a second number.
Personally, i wouldn't take the risk.
there were plenty of taxis outside the airport- even on Easter Sunday. The price ended up being the same as what this company has debited from account and has yet to refund.

i have a manual wheelchair that comes apart and i can walk. There are 6 people including me in the party. we are only taking 3 suit cases plus some small had luggage, will we all fit in. as mentioned the chair comes apart and fits in a normal car boot easily.

When you book the taxi you tell them the time you land and who you are flying with. So I would say the taxi company would check to see if you’re flight is delayed and will be there when you arrive.
