What a great experience, from A to Z. Booked the ride to Auschwitz-Birkenau (as well as airport transfer, both ways) before coming to Krakow, which was very handy. Damian is a brilliant driver and such a sympathetic and knowledgeable guy! We had interesting discussions during the ride and got plenty of tips. I warmly recommend Shuttle4You to everyone!

Damian was an excellent guide! He picked us up at our Airbnb and transported us to Auschwitz-Birkenau. He was very knowledgable about the history and surrounding areas. We highly recommend!

We did the full day Auszwitch, Birkenau & Salt Mines Tour. We were picked up on time by our driver Kamil, he was excellent through out the whole day. He gave us loads of advice, he was extremely friendly & had loads of local knowledge. 100% recommended.

Our driver Wojtek picked us up on time, and was very helpful when we got to Auschwitz, as well as pointing out sites of interest on the journey. All in all the trip was very well organised by this company, would use again if visiting Krakow and wanting to do another trip.

Wir wurden von unserem Fahrer pünktlich bei unserer Unterkunft abgeholt die Fahrt nach Auschwitz war sehr angenehm. Perfekter und sehr zuvorkommender Service. Gerne wieder, vielen Dank!

We (4 colleagues) were picked from the apartment in the early morning and dropped at the airport in the afternoon. Traveling in the luxurious Van was perfect.
Vojtek made our day very efficient and he was very attentive in arranging lunch, directions and comfortable driving. Thanks for our experience with Auschwitz!

The driver was friendly and on time. The communication via WhatsApp went very well (driver was fluid englisch speaker too).
In combination with the Tour through Auschwitz an amazing trip. I highly recommend it!

Damian en zijn collega's waren onze vriendgroep (17 heren) zeer goed van dienst. De communicatie vooraf via e-mail verliep goed en ze waren stipt op tijd om ons weg te brengen. Ze reden in drie comfortabele Mercedes-busjes. Daar gearriveerd, stond al iemand in de rij om ons van tickets te voorzien, enkel even nog het paspoort afgeven en we konden binnen no-time naar binnen toe. Continue werden we goed op de hoogte gehouden door Damian en zijn collega's wat een vertrouwd gevoel gaf.
Ze boden zelfs aan om een lunch-pakket samen te stellen wat bestond uit een goed belegd broodje, een bakje penne-salade, een appel, een (chocolade) energiereep en een flesje water voor een zeer schappelijke prijs. Zodra wij klaar waren in Auschwitz 1 hoefden we alleen even te bellen en binnen enkele minuten stonden ze voor ons klaar met de lunchpakketjes, waarna ze ons later naar Birkenau reden. Dus geen gebruik hoeven maken van de pendelbussen. Ook daar kregen we weer genoeg tijd om alles rustig te bekijken en werden we weer direct opgehaald nadat we een telefoontje hadden gepleegd. We hebben geen enkel moment gehad dat we ons opgejaagd voelde.
Kortom: Echt een aanrader en het overtrof onze verwachtingen. Vriendelijk personeel, luxe busjes en duidelijke communicatie (in het Engels).

we had tried to prebook for a tour to Auschwitz, buit all the sites showed no availability. This was due to there being a celebration at the camp.. of the march of the Living. this was not advertised so we couldnt understand why wewere unable to book a tour.
I came across Shuttle 4 you after searching online for a private tour operator and phoned Damien to see if could arrange something for us, which he did, and for which we were very grateful. he was prompt and clear in his emails and communications.
He wasnt sure that we would definitely get tickets on the day, so arranged for his driver Igor to collect us at 6.30am so we could get in the queue and hopefully get a ticket. he arrived at our apartment prompt and on time.
Another of Damiens team, Artur, was already there with his clients and we were all able to get free tickets for the self guided tour, and we went in at 8.15 am.
It wasnt a problem without an official guide as the guide book was very detailed and it was good to take things at our own pace.
Igor was an excellent driver and helped us get tickets quickly. he is a really nice young man with an excellent English and a chatty personality ...very knowledgeable of Poland and the places we passed through en route to the camps.
Because it was so busy he advised us to use the shuttle bus to get to Birkenau which is a few minutes drive away. he kept in touch with us by mobile through the day.we did not feel at all rushed..he told us to take as long as we needed.
Once we arrived back he took us safely back to krakow.
It was good to have private transport and be looked after and I would definitely recommend Shuttle4You. We used them also for our airport transfer and met Worjek . he too was a nice young man, pleasant and friendly.
All in all a great company to use.
