We used Krakow Direct for a transfer to Zakopane from Krakow Airport.
Booked online with no fuss, and despite our plane being over 3 hours late they kept track of it'd expected arrival and were there to collect us.
Very comfortable van for the transfer, and a friendly English speaking driver.

Our driver Bart was really accommodating, friendly and helpful. We had a very comfortable drive to Zakopane, and Bart recommended us some activities to do in the area! Would definitely recommend! Thank you very much :)

Cannot fault - driver waiting for us at airport and transported us quickly to hotel. Vehicle in great condition. Return journey they arrived a few minutes early - excellent service all round

Because the driver and transport never turned up at the time they stated thus I never made my flight and stranded in Poland without any assistance from Krakow Direct to resolve another flight - accommodation and getting back to the UK.

There was no transportation. There was no one waiting. I was forced to take a taxi to the hotel. Bad service... I won't recommend to anyone and will tell you what happened

100% recommend this company!! Pick up was prompt in a great vehicle with a fantastic driver, Adam. Booking was easy and communication prior to pick up was very helpful and reassuring - would use again without hesitation!!

We only booked our airport transfers a couple of days before leaving. Very good value. Excellent service. Our driver was waiting on our exit from the airport. He was friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Very highly recommended.

There's not so much to say,it was nice we didn't go on a bus full of others. So we could be driven directly to the gotellet without and had a mass stop. However, I am surprised that my reservation has disappeared from my list. Since I have ordered I hope both to and from the airport. So I hope we get picked up when we go home. But pt I only have e-mail solar proof for I have ordered both trips.

We booked 4 vehicles to and from Krakow airport. Excellent professionals, punctual. High-end vehicles.
Another day we booked a mini bus for 17 people to Minas de Sal. Punctuality and kindness.

I’ve booked a taxi for a round trip from krakow airport to our hotel, but it didn’t ask date and time of our flight for the return journey. When do we book the taxi for the return journey, date and time. Thank you

They call you about 48hours before your first flight to confirm everything with you and then they will ask about your return I was panicking the same but that’s what happened and then they sent all confirmation texts to you

Yes. We received an email confirming pick up time from our hotel to get to airport for return journey after we had booked the transfer and entered the time of our plane departure. The driver was waiting for us outside the hotel. We had plenty of time to get to airport.The service was excellent.
