Warning: you are not booking a seat on the bus. We purchased tickets for this shuttle bus well in advance. We showed up early to the pick-up spot and there was already a long line. We watched as the driver sold tickets to passengers without reservations in front of us. Once we boarded, there were no seats left. We had to sit in the aisle for the entire 90 minute journey. My mother is 70 years old with arthritis. This was a once-in-a-lifetime trip for us and we had a tour booked at Auschwitz so we had no other choice but to take the bus. The driver was rude and unhelpful. When I contacted Discover Cracow I was told I had booked transportation, not a seat, so I got what I’d paid for. This was not made clear in the reservation or we would have shown up much earlier.

I am very sorry for this inconvenience. Your purchase guaranteed priority entry and we do not understand at all why the driver let people buying a ticket in first instead of tourists with a purchased ticket.
We will explain it and make sure that such situations do not repeat themselves. We are sorry that you had a poor experience.
Because tourists usually visit Auschwitz once in a lifetime and to ensure the best possible conditions for sightseeing, we recommend organized services, i.e. a trip, tour guide care, guaranteed entry to the museum. It costs a few Euro more but it is really worth it.
Thank you for your opinions - based on them, we improve our services so that the next tourists are more satisfied.

We used mr shuttle to visit Auschwitz-Birkenau and the salt mines from Krakow, the whole experience was excellent, we had numerous text messages reminding us of pick up times, we were collected from and returned to our accommodation.
The whole day was brilliantly organised with plenty of time to visit toilets and buy food and drink & souvenirs at each location!
We had a lovely packed lunch, great value.
The driver was brilliant too, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, the whole experience was very good😃I

The bus from Krakow to Auschwitz on 29-09-2023 at 08.05 did not come.
We called the provider, who confirmed that the bus did not run the trip that we had otherwise ordered and paid for.
As we had pre-booked a guide in Auschwitz, we were forced to take a taxi for PLN 511 (DKK 828) to arrive on time.
We have requested a refund for the bus ticket, but this has been refused.
To be fair, we should actually be refunded the amount for the taxi.

Dreadfully treated by this company. Booked and paid for auschwitz trip 3 months in advance. Just over 24 hours notice to say trip was cancelled due to a lack of guides. Tried rearranging other tours we had booked but it was impossible to rebook the tour during our stay. Auschwitz was the main reason we booked this holiday. Gave up trying to rearrange things, then on the morning of the original trip we got a call to ask why we weren't at the meeting point and that the trip was going without us!! After everything - we could have gone. No explanation of why the tour was taking place after we were contacted to be told it was cancelled. Just told to request a refund. Our whole holiday was based around this trip so feel we are entitled to more than a trip refund.

it was a good bus ride, very efficient. but the tickets were a bit tricky as they needed to be printed out but a link was never received to print out the tickets. luckily the bus driver was understanding but that could be a potential problem for people in the future

My friend and me did the tour with this company and we really learned more about Auschwitz also our chofer called Marek was super nice and explained everything so good.For that reason we highly recommend doing this tour with the company

Be very careful if you use this company!! Booked a shuttle bus from Krakow to Auschwitz and the return - could not locate the bus at the location in Krakow, tried callng multiple times but no answer so ended up paying for a taxi so that we didn't miss out on the trip. We then waited at the location for the return bus (we were there half an hour early) and it never turned up! Attempted to call the company again multiple times and got no answer, so had to pay for another taxi to take us back or we would have been stranded!! Since then have sent FOUR emails and had absolutely no response. Would seem they have simply pocketed my money and have no intention of refunding it!!

Het reisburo heeft via Discover Krakow voor ons deze excursie geboekt. De rit daarnaar toe duurt ongeveer 90 minuten. Daar aangekomen wordt je meteen gepakt door de sfeer en alles wat je ziet over dit verschrikkelijke stuk geschiedenis. Pakkend en emotioneel was het. Gidsen nemen de tijd en vertellen zeer gedetailleerd.

Nous sommes allées visiter les camps d'Auschwitz-Birkenau avec cet organisme.
Rien à redire, très bien organisé et pris en charge, la guide était super, nous sommes très satisfaites de notre journée.
Le personnel de l'organisme est quant à lui excellent, nous avions un problème dans notre réservation et la personne qui nous a prise en charge à été très patiente et arrangeante, nous la remercions beaucoup.

Be clearer about which bus to find and how at the Museum when the whole parking lot is filled with buses from your guides. Apparently we don't aboard the Discover Cracow stickered shuttle and then guides who can't communicate are no help. Emails sent are no help. Tickets have no details.
