We travelled to Zakopane with Prime tours and had a fantastic fun filled day. On our way to Zakopane we stopped at the wooden village of Chocholów and visited a small museum and a sculptors workshop. In ZakopanePrime tours had a sleigh ride organised for us this was the highlight of the day. A ride up through the snowy woods and a flaming torchlight back to a blazing bonfire were we cooked Polish sausages and drank hot mulled wine in the semi-darkness. A magical day throughly enjoyed by everyone. I would highly recommend this trip and company if you are ever in Krakow.

Prime Tours helped make our stay in Kraków fantastic with airport transfers, a trip to Auschwitz and an amazing trip to the mountains in Zakopane.
Our driver Janusz was great and the service from your company whilst booking these trips via email was outstanding, we would certainly recommend to anyone.

We had the best day of our trip to Poland! Our driver Yanus was amazing, so friendly and polite! He really couldn’t be any nicer. He showed us all the sights in Zakopane, we went up the funicular to see gobsmacking views, we had two hours free time for lunch and shopping then we went back to the van to be driven to our added extra, a horse sleigh ride in the snow which was absolutely surreal. Afterwards we had a bonfire with sausages and polish cheese. Would strongly recommend.

Cannot recommend enough this private trip to Zacopane. Four of us travelled in the spacious comfy large car. Friendly driver. Loved the trip on the funicular to get the best view of the snowy mountains.
Plenty of time there, found the trip to the graveyard a strange part of the itinerary. Probably of more interest to Polish who would be familiar with the residents.

My friend and I enjoyed our time spent with Thomas our driver he was on time his car was immaculate and he was very friendly and informative. And he took us to some lovely little places that we would never have known existed. . We will definitely be booking prime tours again and hopefully meet Thomas again such a lovely guy. Thanks prime tours and thank you Thomas for making our time in Poland so enjoyable

This tour was a nice way to see Zakopane and get a general feel for the area. If you’re looking to do some hiking or to do something active, this is not the right tour. This is a sightseeing tour. It’s a relaxing way to see a bit of Poland’s mountainous regions and its villages - very charming and quaint! My tour guide was Thomas, and he was great! The ride from Krakow to Zakopane was two hours, but it went by quickly because Thomas was friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, and just plain fun to talk to. He was able to share a lot of information with me about the villages we toured and Poland in general. Overall, it was a very enjoyable tour.

My wife, son and myself organized a trip to Poland and we hired Prime Tours to get us from the Krakow airport to our hotel and also to drive us to Zakopane. Thomasz the driver was always on time, courteous and we enjoyed our conversations. His auto was very clean and comfortable. Thomasz and Prime Tours were excellent communicators before and during the trips, and also able to accommodate our various itinerary changes without complaints. I strongly endorse Prime Tours to make your trip safe and memorable.

My husband and I had a great tour guide Thomas. He was informative and friendly. His car was clean which was a plus given all the horrible uber cars we used during our stay in Poland. There is a lot of stops during this trip and would recommend spending more time getting a nice lunch at the central. There are plenty of resturants options. I would definitely go back to Zakopane but to get the full experience ideally it would be better to spend 2 nights as spending a whole day isn't enough.

There were 8 of us from our local camera club and the driver collected us from our hotel promptly at 9 am and we headed off, the driver (can't remember his name) was very courteous and helpful, he stopped at a little village Chochołów it was a charming place, we then continued on to Zakopane and he offered a couple of options, we decided to go into the town and he dropped us off and we arranged to meet later for return journey, and having spent a number of hours around the town, we met with our driver he then took us a bit further out to a quaint little church all made of wood and then returned us to our hotel in Krakow, all in all it was a great tour and everyone enjoyed the day! I would strongly recommend this day away and Prime Tours Krakow (although we booked via Viator)

This was my second tour with Prime Tours Krakow and so happy I decided to book another tour with them. I was doing a solo tour and my guide Rafał helped me create an unforgettable experience. If you want a unique experience of Polish culture and see some sights off the tourist path, they are perfect! I will be booking again next time I am in Poland.
