Our driver Peter was very good. He was very helpful giving us details of where we would meet and he was there on time. He left us jusy outside the appartment we rent.

We stayed at Kosmopolitia Rooms in Krakow whose reception kindly booked us a taxi to the airport the day before our departure.
We received a detailed text from our driver “Peter” 30 mins before his arrival explaining the vehicle he was driving, his Reg and that he was on his way which was much appreciated as it took away the element of worry that they wouldn’t turn up. Peter arrived exactly on time and we found him a smartly dressed, polite and professional young man not to mention an excellent knowledgable driver who made the trip to the airport a very enjoyable relaxing experience.
We did consider catching the train to the airport but so glad we chose to get a taxi as it took away all the stress of the journey. The trip took just over 30 minutes and cost 150 zloty which is comparable to what we would pay back in the uk.
We would highly recommend Peter and the company he works for as he came across as a genuine, honest, hard working and likeable individual.

I must say karlo was so courteous and helpful he gave us a good insight of your beautiful courteous places to go things to see. I left my phone with case holding all my bank cards and other important document
7and he return it to our hotel within 10 mins I hadn't even realised I had left it there.only for him I would have had one miserable holiday for you karlo I'm truly grateful thank God 🙏

Karol our driver was amazing, he messaged me his details before we landed, sent me detailed instructions on where to meet him outside the airport for pick up. Our flight had been delayed but this was no problem. Just a simple text update and everything was well. He and his car was were well presented and he was very curtious, took our luggage and loaded it into the car, we where ushered into the warm leather interior and whisked to our hotel in luxury. Some nice small talk broke the journey, places to visit and eat beening the main conversation, when we arrived at our hotel there was not outside parking, so we got drop as close as possible to the door, our luggage was ready for us as we got out the ready opened doors. Excellent service great value for money thank you, much better value and service then using the transfers offered by BA.

Driver Max Szkatula was very frendly, he was on airport on time and all around service was great. We even forgot something in car and it wasn’t problem for him to come to us and deliver our things, and he gave us tips on best things to do in Krakow.

Hubert transferred us from Krakow Airport to the Old Town. His timing was perfect and he helped with our bags. He was friendly and
advised on local places to visit, being very knowledgeable and interesting. The car was immaculate and he was an excellent, safe driver. We simply couldn’t ask for more and will definitely use again. Thanks Hubert!

We were picked up on time. Car was perfect. Spacious and clean. Our Driver Karol was amazing. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Chatty. He was fantastic. There should be more men like him about. He taught us some polish history and politics. Brilliant guy.
