The tour was okay but a few things I didn’t like. The tour was supposed to start at 2:30 but they actually started showing the apartments at 3:15. Also they didn’t show us the famous Wavel Dragon.

Vising a castle and its grounds on a sunny afternoon was such a pleasant experience.
The group was met , right on time , by Bianca who explained how the tour would be conducted. She then handed us over to Eva - a castle guide.
Eva was so knowledgeable about the castle, its long and sometimes complicated history; all explained clearly !
The interior is fascinating. As an art lover , I had not expected to see quite a few paintings - an added bonus.
Tapestries, silver and porcelain are all beautifully displayed and we had time to stroll about and have a closer look at the artefacts.
After our comprehensive tour of the interior, we could then visit the lovely garden- full of roses and very relaxing.
I would absolutely recommend this tour to lovers of history, art and Krakow !

The richness of information was amazing. The lady was so knowledgeable and knew all about the history! I like how she controlled the group when some over excited guests got rowdy! Great tour!

Most of the time was spent waiting due to poor planning by tour operators. We were asked to meet outside the castle 10 minutes before the tour started at 14:00. We then walked in a group up to the opposite side of the castle where the tour participants were asked to wait. The guide spent an annoyingly long time collecting audio equipment and arranging for us to go to the bathroom. The trip was supposed to last an hour. In reality we got 37 minutes. Many of the tour participants were quite annoyed. This trip is not recommended. The castle is nice, but find a tour operator that is a bit more structured.

Hello!
Thank you for your comment, we will take it into account, but this procedure is mandatory for all organizers, NOT ONLY US. You must arrive with your group 10 minutes before entering the exhibition and then hand out the audio equipment. Regardless of who you book with, the procedure ALWAYS looks like this. However, it is 10 minutes. In turn, the duration of the trip is worrying for us because you should spend at least 50 minutes in the Castle. We did not receive any other comments from the members of this group, and we also checked the guides' logs, which show that the entry was on time and lasted 53 minutes, because after that time the guide left the exhibition.

At first I wasn't sure how well it would go but then it turned out lovely. The beginning was a bumpy process but our guide Barbara was amazing!

Absolutely loved our guide - she was so full of knowledge and information - I learned so much and it was such a lovely afternoon. I actually am going to order some of the prints after hearing the stories behind them!

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z oferty zwiedzania Zamku na Wawelu zorganizowanym przez tą firmę i serdecznie polecam. A łatwo nie było , bo się zgubiłam ale profesjonalne podejście i troska o klienta jaką wykazują się w tej firmie spowodowała, że mnie odnaleziono i umożliwiono skorzystanie w pełni z zakupionych wejściówek i to pod nadzorem wspaniałej Pani Przewodnik.. Za co jeszcze raz serdecznie dziękuję!
