Don’t touch this company with a barge pole! After cancelling our son’s ticket who had flown in especially from Vienna to be with us, with less than 24 hours notice, not only did they change the time of our trip to a time that would have been impossible to make the full tour, they left us standing in the pouring rain waiting for a coach that never arrived, even after our places had been confirmed. They wouldn’t answer the phone nor the WhatsApp messages. A call to our travel agents revealed this company had cancelled our trip but not bothered to tell anyone. Do not let your holiday plans be ruined, avoid these scammers like the plague! We’ll ensure we get a refund through our travel agents, if you book direct with this tour company, you may not be so lucky. We gathered that it seems to be quite a common occurrence from other ‘victims’ we spoke to.

Avoid this tour operator at all costs .
We booked a tour to Auschwitz for our family of 4 and our start time was 8 o clock , we waited for over an hour and they never showed up .
When we contacted them they said the tour was changed to 5am in the morning and they would not reschedule us for another tour or refund our money ( which was for 4 people) the customer service is shocking and to be honest we were ripped off .
Please don't use these people , they book a time and then last minute change it to unrealistic times that can't be done.
Very disappointing that they are getting away with ripping tourists off

My family and I went with the company Cracow Visit and we were very well taken care of, from the transportation to the return. Myron was responsible for taking us and was very friendly and helpful!

I booked a tour with Cracow Visit Tours & Transfers to the Auschwitz Memorial Center. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by significant logistical issues that I feel compelled to share.Despite booking the tour the day before, my departure time was unexpectedly rescheduled to 5:30 AM. According to the terms and conditions, the earliest possible start time should have been 6:00 AM. I specifically chose this provider to avoid an early departure, as I was staying outside the city and accessing the city via public transport is challenging. Upon arrival at the pickup spot, I encountered several other frustrated travelers who experienced even worse disruptions, including changes to their actual departure dates. This lack of organization reflects poorly on the provider. Given these issues, I would strongly advise against booking a tour with Cracow Visit Tours & Transfers. The experience was highly disappointing, and the company's failure to adhere to their own terms and conditions suggests a lack of reliability and customer care. Avoid this provider to ensure your travel plans remain as scheduled.

It was a very emotionally intense day dedicated to visiting Auschwitz and Birkenau. Usually I prefer to organize visits independently and without a guide but this time the choice to rely on a local service was the best possible. The journey from Krakow by bus (driven by Marcel) and the guide who accompanied us inside the concentration camps made this day unique: high professionalism, punctuality, courtesy!

Bus driver was very nice. The bus trip was very comfortabel.
In Auschwitz self it is to commercial. I think it more important to get as many visitors, instead of telling the important of the whole story. It was to busy with tours so you can’t watch everything calmly.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Cracow visit through Headout for a tour reservation. I booked a guided tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau, only to arrive at the meeting point and find no representative from the local partner, Cracow Visit. Despite arriving early and making efforts to confirm details, I was left waiting in the rain for 45 minutes with no communication. The tour departure time discrepancy was not clearly communicated, and attempts to contact local host for clarification were unsuccessful. Then they informed me that "They tried to call me" and did not reach me. I did not receive any call or whatsapp. Even though that I called them to the number informed and it was no possible to reach them the day before. This resulted in a wasted trip from Argentina and a missed opportunity to visit this historical site. I urge the company to improve their communication and ensure better coordination with their partners to prevent such incidents in the future.

Your reservation was scheduled for two different days - April 2nd and 3rd. Unfortunately, despite our attempts to contact you, you did not show up on either of those days. We made efforts to reach out to you each day before the tour to provide the exact departure time. Detailed instructions were sent via email, WhatsApp, and SMS. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach you at the provided phone number. Upon thorough investigation, it appears that you may have provided the wrong number during the reservation process. When you attempted to contact us using a different number after the bus had already departed, we compared both numbers and found them to be very similar, indicating a potential error in the sequence of digits during the reservation. Please rest assured that we exhausted all possible means of contacting you to deliver the necessary information before the tour. The review you left is concerning to us as we strive to provide the best service possible despite challenges related to incorrect contact information. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We aim to ensure.

Excursión a Auschwitz Birkenau un domingo a las 11:00, nos avisan vía nuestra agencia en España (Nautalia) el sábado a las 19:00 horas. Escasas 15 horas antes.
Llamadas, wasaps ... ni una sola contestación. Ni ese día ni ninguno posterior.
Verdaderamente un servicio más lamentable y menos profesional no puede existir.
Milagrosamente de un día para otro conseguimos ir a los campos, con una autoguía, pero bueno.
Para nada recomendable.
