It was amazing,the tour was excellent,so much to see ,our driver Martin was very informative about the city of krakow

Fabulous trip. From initial contact with Martin who advised us when he would arrive to pick us up (even letting us know that he would be 2/3 minutes late), to dropping us off later. Martin explained the journey and arranged to pass us over to Patricia at the mine - She was an excellent guide. After the tour and the long steps and walks, we went back to meet Martin. Unfortunately he had a puncture but his brother arrived in another minibus to take us back to Krakow. He even agreed to drop us at the shopping centre instead of the hotel. Highly Recommended.

This is my 2nd time to the Salt Mines and 1st time to Schindlers Factory.
Tour guide (sorry, cannot remember your name) was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He even went out of his way to arrange transport from the factory to our hotel, which he didn't have to do.
Schindlers Factory was interesting but at the same time misleading if I'm honest. It was more to do with the history of Krakow than the man himself but as I'm a history nerd it was still interesting to me but maybe not for others.

We booked this and had regular updates from Martin and Jerry. Picked up from our hotel on time, we were taken to the salt mine and had an excellent tour guide. Both on the way there and way back, Jerry gave us so much info on Krakow and, on our journey back, took us around the Ghetto and other significant places of interest with the history of Krakow.
We werentrhhen dropped off at a place of our choice.
Overall, I can't fault them and would recommend using them. Our Auschwitz tour was organised by TUI and was not very good at all.
Stick with local guys, they know more!

Very well organised, from pick up onwards. Guide was very friendly and informative. Only small gripe was not really enough time in St Kinga's chamber. Would have been nice to have had a bit longer to really take in the carvings, only had time to snap a few photos. But overall an amazing place.

The salt mines was amazing but not as amazing as our driver and tour guide all into one. Jerry went above and beyond advising us all about the history of krakow and even took us on a few detours on our way home showing is the history of the place. I can't commend him enough enjoyed his tour better than the salt mines.

Jerry was een prima chauffeur en gids tegelijk. Ophalen en rit prima, en rit terug uitstekend met veel informatie over de wijken waar we reden. Kregen zelfs nog foto moment in getto en Joodse wijk.

I would totally recommend this trip. The Salt Mines are amazing and the whole trip was made so much more enjoyable by our driver, Jerry. He was super friendly, very informative and literally went out of his way to give us the best experience on the way to and from the Mines. Jerry took us to some really historic spots and imparted so much information about the history of these places. He also recommended some local eateries. Highly recommend.

Hi I am interested in booking the Salt Mine + Auschwitz-Birkenau tour over two days. If I purchase this it is asking me to choose a pick up time so will it depend on what pick up time I choose as to which place we visit on day 1 and day 2? Also we have booked an apartment in Krakow (Krótka 1, Kraków) so would you pick up from there or would I need to go to a designated pick up point and if so where would this be so I can see how far away from our accommodation it would be.

We chose the early pick up times. You can choose pick up at your hotel destination but I think this option is more expensive. If you choose the options close to your hotel you can check on Google maps how close it is. We did this and it was fine. We did both trips over 2 days which I think is best. Tour staff are excellent and each day were on time

Hi there. We are interested in booking with your company, but we are charged half price for our 2 year old child. Is this correct, as we have never paid in any museum in many other countries (Greece, UK, Portugal, Iceland) for children admission? Thanks and have a good day.

Hi, some websites don't seem to charge for 0-6 years, but child might need to sit on parents lap in transport. Not sure the mine is suitable for 2 year old as the start of the descent is 380 steps down a stair case and there are long tunnels to walk through. You might have to carry them.

It’s approximately 4 hours door to door, so can be done quite easily in a morning or afternoon, leaving plenty of time for other siteseeing or just chilling out if you prefer.
