The whole experience was generally very good. Had some reservations about it, as we had no contact after making the reservation. But received WhatsApp messages some 24 hour's before tour. Were picked up outside our apartment, rather than having to go to a central location. Jarek our driver, pointed out interesting buildings and locations, on journey to and from the Mine Our only 'complaint' would have to be with our guide at the Salt Mine. Unfortunately, her voice was very quiet and also she would start her comments before all her party arrived at the stops.

Excellent tour, was picked up at hotel by Jerry, he was so professional, knowledgeable and funny too. As we were picking up other people at various hotels, he was pointing out interesting facts regarding the city. The salt mines were amazing and well worth the money. Our guide, Peter, who took us on"our journey to the centre of the earth," was first class also. On our return to krakow, Jerry stopped off at the Jewish ghetto area and explained about the various chairs in the square; Schindlers factory the remnants of the ghetto wall as well as other historical facts. In my opinion, 5star service from beginning to end.

Our driver Jerry was fantastic/ he explained so much more about the salt mines and on return journey gave us loads of information about other important memorials around. Highly recommend salt mines and Jerry.

Brilliant tour of the salt mines. Beautiful to see and the tour guide was great. Tour driver who picked us up and dropped us off was amazing. He spent extra time on explaining the history of Krakow as we drove around and highlighted some of the memorials and war scars from WWII. Highly recommend.

Excellent trip- would recommend. Our driver Jerry was amazing! Made to feel welcome as a solo traveller and great commentary before and after our trip to the salt mines about krakow. Salt mines were really interesting and worth visiting! :)

Excellent tour, Martin our guide was extremely knowledgable and funny to boot. The salt mines were incredible. Certainly recommended.

Salt mine tour was great and the Schindler factory was great to see and the history of WW2. My disapointment was we were dropped at the factory by the driver and he left explaining there was no drop off back to hotel. I had to Uber back to the old town from the factory but the description of the tour mentions transfers, you'd expect that back to your hotel too???
Also no time for food, it was quite rushed from the mine to the factory. I would recommend a pack lunch or inhale food on the salt mine.

Unfortunatly, transport back to Hotel are excluded ,

Fantastic well organised trip. Jerry our driver was great and gave us lots of information on our way to the salt mines. Our guide at the mine Natalie was amazing too. Well worth a visit

I have mobility issues so couldn't climb down all the stairs. Is there an accessible lift down to mines as well as up?

Hello, there was a tour group next to us who were directed to a shaft entrance for wheelchair access so i am assuming there are lifts and a route that cater for mobility issues

I’ve booked this trip as I’m in a wheelchair. The transfer needs to be in an accessible bus so that I don’t have to come out of my wheelchair. I’ve been advised this is the case

Our trip was in a regular minibus so as the previous answer I would suggest you double check with your tour guide. There's a suitable lift to take you down to a viewing level at the mine. Hope you enjoy the visit.

Hi I am interested in booking the Salt Mine + Auschwitz-Birkenau tour over two days. If I purchase this it is asking me to choose a pick up time so will it depend on what pick up time I choose as to which place we visit on day 1 and day 2? Also we have booked an apartment in Krakow (Krótka 1, Kraków) so would you pick up from there or would I need to go to a designated pick up point and if so where would this be so I can see how far away from our accommodation it would be.

We chose the early pick up times. You can choose pick up at your hotel destination but I think this option is more expensive. If you choose the options close to your hotel you can check on Google maps how close it is. We did this and it was fine. We did both trips over 2 days which I think is best. Tour staff are excellent and each day were on time

Hi there. We are interested in booking with your company, but we are charged half price for our 2 year old child. Is this correct, as we have never paid in any museum in many other countries (Greece, UK, Portugal, Iceland) for children admission? Thanks and have a good day.

Hi, some websites don't seem to charge for 0-6 years, but child might need to sit on parents lap in transport. Not sure the mine is suitable for 2 year old as the start of the descent is 380 steps down a stair case and there are long tunnels to walk through. You might have to carry them.

It’s approximately 4 hours door to door, so can be done quite easily in a morning or afternoon, leaving plenty of time for other siteseeing or just chilling out if you prefer.
