Thank you very much for your honest and insightful review. We are truly sorry about your son's injury. It was an unfortunate and distressing situation. We hope that despite everything, at least part of the tour went well and was enjoyable. We're glad that our guide, Olaf, rose to the occasion. It's good to hear that there were many pleasant moments on the tour and that you liked the itinerary. Regarding the cable car being out of service, unfortunately, it was a situation beyond our control, which we had informed guests about a few days before the tour. Are there lockers for your personal items and do they come with locks?

Yes you get s wrist band on entry. And that allocates you a locker via code then anything you buy whilst in their ie drinks at the swim up bar etc you put on your wrist band and pay on exit, its all very organised
