Always wanted to do this experiance as it's History and something that should be visited at least one . Start of with the good points if you do plan Auschwitz do a self guided tour like this one . You can go round at your own pace and the person on the bus even gives you a history lesson without doing it on the tour itself . If you want a longer history lesson do the guided tour . Either way you can buy a headset and learn it .
Now to the bad points this tour started at 11am it takes 1 hour and 30 mins to get there ( taking the longer route to get there ) . We arrived at Auschwitz 1 got our tickets at this point Auschwitz 1 was quiet . We then travelled to Auschwitz 2 and started the tour . If you do this part you can get round it reasonable within a hour without a guide . There is a 30 min which i don't see the point in . Now back to Auschwitz 1 where the que was massive and we lost time going arround the full camp .
Thanks again to the tour person on bus who pointed out the main blocks but we missed alot of blocks that are open . Have to say it was a long day that felt rushed If the tour had started in Auschwitz this would of worked smoother . On the way back the driver took the hour and a half drive home and we ended up missing our booked dinner on our last night which we where looking forward to . I think this tour could easier cut the drive time and time set up so you can have more time in the camps . Also noted the driver held back for people who where not back in time . But refused to drop people off at there hotel while driving past it ? Very unfair .

Very well organised trip, great communication and very helpful staff. Transport was good and on time and the trip was just what we were after. Couldn’t recommend booking this trip enough.

We booked our trip to Auschwitz through Get Your Guide. Paul was very informative about the day planned and the times for each camp. He also had booklets with plenty of information on Auschwitz in all languages to suit everybody. Amazing day. Highly recommend booking with Paul.

Our trip to Auschwitz was made much smoother and more informative thanks to this guided tour. The transportation was excellent comfortable, punctual, and well-organized. Our guide was respectful, and helpful throughout the experience. Everything was well-coordinated, and we truly appreciated the professionalism and care taken to ensure a meaningful visit. Highly recommend!

Staff were great and easily guided day out. Pick up was simple in the centre and the coach was quick smooth journey. We were given free guide books with all the history needed for all sites. We were given 2 hours at each site to explore which was much better than with a guide as it was so cold and it’s nice to explore on your own time. There was also maximum only 10 minute queue. We had plenty time to explore by ourselves and it was easily done with no guide. Guide books also had multiple languages.

Auschwitz. He was not only punctual and professional but also incredibly kind and provided excellent service throughout the journey. He was very attentive and made us feel at ease, making this important trip even more comfortable. We highly recommend him

Trip was really interesting and eye opening, a must do in krakow. this tour is self guided, so is a good idea if you would rather walk around by yourself and take in the silence rather than gathering in large groups. Also good if you dont want it to take up the full day, we had an adequate amount of time in each camp and still had time to enjoy our evening once we got home. Highly recommend!
