The coordination was poor. I bought the tour directly from Poland Travels. Our group consisted of 11 people, and they charged us more per person than those with smaller groups without providing any explanation. The coordinator promised to send me the driver's phone number the day before the tour in an email, but she failed to do so. This lack of communication was irresponsible, especially considering that as tourists, we might have trouble finding the meeting spot without a contact form, and there is no other way to contact anyone at 7:00 am in the morning, which was the time we were required to be at the meeting spot.
During the tour, the driver provided no instructions regarding time management. He simply handed us over to the local guide and instructed us to meet him back at the bus when the guided tour finished. This instruction did not take into consideration that the tour included 1.5 hours of guided tour and an additional one hour of free time in Jasna Gora.
The local guide gave us a detailed tour of the place and shared the history of the Black Madonna. We also had the opportunity to visit the chapel and the church, both of which were beautiful. This part of the tour was truly enjoyable.
However, the driver failed to provide any instructions regarding the meeting time for our return to Krakow. I had to find the driver at the parking lot to ensure that we could utilize our free time. He repeatedly insisted that we return to the bus as soon as possible, preferably in less than one hour.
In my opinion, the tour coordination was poor. It might have been better to pay for two Uber cars round trip and independently pay for the guided tour at the Shrine. In this way it would have been possible to stay as long as we wanted to explore the area.

It's concerning to hear about the issues with the pricing discrepancy for larger groups and the lack of clear explanation provided. Transparency in pricing is crucial, and I apologize for any confusion or frustration this caused.
Additionally, the failure to send the driver’s contact details as promised is unacceptable, and I understand how this lack of communication could lead to significant inconvenience, especially when coordinating a large group in an unfamiliar location. Ensuring that our guests receive all necessary information timely is a standard we strive to uphold, and it's clear we fell short in this instance.
Regarding the coordination during the tour, it's evident that clearer instructions and better time management guidance from our driver would have greatly improved your experience. The tour's structure should have allowed for both the guided portion and free exploration without pressure or confusion about meeting times.
The positive experience you had with the local guide at Jasna Gora and the sites you visited is encouraging, but I recognize that this does not compensate for the tour's overall coordination issues.
