We had an amazing day trip to Zakapone and the Thermal Baths organised through Hello Cracow. The communication after booking was exceptional and all pick up instructions were clear.
Our driver and guide Lukasz was lovely and gave us plenty of time and advice to make the most of our trip. We were lucky that when we arrived in Zakapone it was snowing so made everywhere a winter wonderland and we enjoyed walking around the town and experiencing the unique atmosphere. We also took a trip up the mountain via the funicular (included in tour) and saw some amazing views.
We finally visited the Thermal Baths and Lukasz explained everything clearly and helped us make the most of our time there. We had 3 hours to relax in the Baths and I would highly recommend as it is an amazing experience especially the outside Baths. We went during the week so wasn't too busy but can imagine it gets busy at the weekends.
Overall I would highly recommend this trip and Hello Cracow for any trips around Krakow. Great service 👏

Wow, what an amazing trip. Originally we weren’t going to go on this trip but my cousin’s partner recommended it and said it was great and it really was. Got to see so much in the one day and the thermal baths at the end of the day was a real treat. Our guide Joanna was amazing aswell and gave us so much information before and after the trip on where to go and eat and also places in Krakow to go to when we got back into the city. Would thoroughly recommend this trip to anyone.

The tour started on time and form with Arthur (the best guide), had the best treatment and gave us all the necessary information to enjoy the tours.

If you are visiting krakow I recommend this trip it is amazing! The driver (Norbert) was excellent, very friendly and informative. The company will keep in touch with you via WhatsApp and answer any questions you have. Zakopane is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. Really worth a visit.

Lovely day! Our driver Artur was very friendly and informative, giving us lots of information during the drive and the different stops on the way. The village with the wooden houses is beautiful and then there was a stop to taste cheese and vodka. Zakopane is beautiful and we enjoyed having free time to explore. Unfortunately, a bit cloudy on our visit but it cleared at the end of the day so Artur drove us back a different route so we could get some fab views of the mountains. Definitely recommend Hello Cracow company, we used them for airport transfers also 😊

Our day was excellent! Artur our tour guide was very prompt to pick us up and helpful and friendly throughout the tour, sharing his knowledge of the country and history. Arturs English was excellent and explained everything very clearly. Will definitely use Hello Cracow again when we visit again!

Excellent trip - our driver, Lucas, was great - on time, good company and had excellent English and knowledge and door to door service. The stop for cheese and vodka tasting was delicious . Tatra mountains - the view was amazing. Zakopane was filled with tourist souvenir stalls and shops, both at the top of the mountain and in the village more of the same. It was enjoyable but would have preferred less time there and more time at the thermal baths. The thermal spa was fantastic - so many to enjoy! Thanks for a great trip!
