Tour buono, unica cosa da migliorare l'ingresso ad auschwitz un pò troppo caotico e confusionale, tempi di attesa un pò lunghi. Per quanto riguarda i trasferimenti nel nostro caso sono stati impeccabili, il treno dell'andata che ci doveva portare a Cracovia non è partito e ci hanno accompagnato in auto. Personale disponibile ma guida solo in Inglese.

Great comments from start to finish, Agnes was outstanding in everyday. When trains were delayed and then cancelled, she went straight on to organise cars to get us the Krakow on time with her and her team driving us the 4 hours to the Auschwitz information centre with no quibble. Pretty sure that would have eaten up her margin so every credit to her and her team. Full of insightful information and best tips for the day.

The organization was great, punctual, friendly and very helpful staff. Everything is perfectly planned, u can just relax and enjoy, tourist guide at the museum was amazing, it was a pleasure to listen to her.

While this was a heavy subject matter, it was well worth it. This was such an expertly guided tour from start to finish. Everyone involved was friendly. Be prepared to walk a lot. I certainly got my steps in for the day. I would definitely recommend this tour

This your company is a great private service. Our driver was super nice and accommodating. He drive us to Auschwitz from Warsaw and back to our hotel. Definitely worth the price as it is over a three and a half drive there and back. Total trip and concentration camp tour was 13 hrs. Our drive came in an seven SUV so it can hold at least 6 passengers comfortably.
This company also got us tickets one day beforehand. Super reliable and efficient.

The tour of Auschwitz was amazing, we had a great tour guide.
We left from Warsaw at 4:45am and we got back to Warsaw at 11:23pm. It was a really long day. Would not recommend doing it in 1 day from Warsaw.

The planning of the tour was perfect. "To the point" so to speak. Great and very competent drivers from the hotel and back and from Krakow to the memorial. Many, many thanks to all.

The logistics of the trip were great! Pick up and drop off were exactly as planned, and communication from the organizer was great. The only thing about this trip that could have been better was our tour guide at Auschwitz. I felt that she rushed us through the tour and, whether intentional or not, skipped one of the barracks. On the positive side, she seemed to have a good knowledge of the history of the camp, and was accompanied by an expert who was available to answer questions as time permitted. Overall I thought this was a good excursion and I would recommend it.

My mom doesn’t like going in tunnels or underground with a train, does this train do that?

The train doesn’t go underground it’s a lovely scenic ride. I can’t remember any tunnels either. Hope this helps…

In your summary, you state that we have 3 hours in Krakow to explore, but in the itinerary you discuss the places we will see. Can you please clarify. Do you drop us somewhere in Krakow and we are on our own for 3 hours or is there a brief guided tour of Krakow letting us see the places you list in the itinerary followed by time on our own for a total time of 3 hours in Krakow?
