Good afternoon
The excursion was generally bad.
We had entry by 12.30am, considering that our train was leaving at 5.35am from Warsaw, more than enough time to have entry earlier.
After the van driver arrived 20 min late, at about 10.20 am and stopped to eat at a burger king at 12 am, we arrived at 12.45 h at the museum. There was a huge queue of people there, we entered after 1.30pm and at 2.30pm we left the museum and were taken by bus to Birkenau. He didn't make it to an hour's visit.
The second museum closed at 3.30 pm, imagine the visit we made, 15 or 20 min. Then he took us to the center of Krakow, we arrived at more than 6 pm because of the intense traffic and the train returned to Warsaw at 8.37 pm. We had to get off the bus and walk because otherwise we didn't get to see anything and we weren't the first to do it...
The scheduled and paid visit was 31⁄2 hours. Ultimately, it didn't even reach 11⁄2 hours. The stay in Krakow was not more than 2 hours.
The driver was a mess, on the way back to Krakow he put the heating on full blast and the people dizzy on the bus, telling him to turn it down and not listen. The tour planning very bad. The headphones sounded terrible, the guide spoke low and it was very difficult to understand.
We asked to be reimbursed for part of the money from the excursion, they did not fulfill anything promised. It was a long journey for nothing, we went in a hurry to see something.
A mess and I have pictures of everything to prove it.
I await your response and refund of money for all breach of contract.

Dear Francisco,
Thank you for your review. Let me explain some things. We can not choose and change the entrance to the Camp, we got it from the Museum and haven't got any influence on this. You got all information about the tour one day before and you accepted it. You got everything what you bought: pick up/drop off from your hotel, transportation to/from Krakow by train, transportation to Auschwitz and back to Krakow by bus, guided tour in Auschwitz with the local speaking English Guide. The sightseeing in the Museum depends on the local Museum Guide, we can not go there with our own Guide. We had entrance to the Museum in Auschwitz at 12.30pm and driver were on time. The Auschwitz Museum is very crowded, plenty of people want to visit this place every day that's why there was a queue to the entrance. There's nothing we can do about it. The same about the traffic in the city on the way.
I apologize for the driver's behavior and the inconvenience caused during the bus trip. The driver was warned and assured that such a situation will not happen again.
The tour was planned and carried out according to plan. We are sorry that it did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, we do not have control over everything and delays at the Auschwitz Museum as well as increased traffic do not depend on us.

A very memorable experience. If you are in Warsaw for a period of time and have a day to commit, it is worth the trip. If trains are on schedule, it is a solid 15hr day. Unfortunately, my return train was delayed but that is not the fault of the tour company, in fact they were in touch with me during the entire delay. From pickup to drop off, the day was well coordinated. I did opt for the premium train (which was an express) which was an extra $25 each way. Once there, our tour guide was excellent- super knowledgeable and made you really feel the experience through her delivery of information. Plan out your meals and/or bring snacks. There isn’t a lot of time to stop and eat. Once again- it was a memorable lifetime experience worth doing.

This tour was amazing. Starting with our pickup in the morning, our driver was very punctual and on time. She gave us clear instructions which were easy to follow. The guide we met in Auschwitz was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the horrific details. I would definitely recommend this tour, it’s a very long day but well worth it.

Really enjoyable trip. Long day though travelling to and from Warsaw. Trip went really smoothly and the staff were excellent in picking us up and making sure we got our trains and buses. On a second go I'd look to find time to stay in Krakow, but this time...well timings didn't allow. Recommend this trip if that is your situation!!

Krakow is a beautiful city with so much history and is a must see. Auschwitz was historically a must-see tour, even though it is a heavy subject. Magda was a consummate tour guide and so very knowledgeable.

The whole journey went like clockwork from the hotel pickup in the early morning, the return train journey, the transport to Auschwitz and Birkenau and most important of all, the guide who gave us an excellent expose' of the two concentration camps.

Overall the experience was as wonderful as it is possible for this type of tour. Very heavy emotionally. The Auschwitz-Birkenau tour guide was amazing. She was extremely knowledgable and presented the material in a very organized and personal manner. This should be a stop on everyone's stay in Poland. There is a lot of walking and a number of stair, and the walking is fairly quick, its not a slow stroll through the camp. Due to the schedule, getting food during the tour is difficult. It is a very long day, what with a train at 5 or 6am, and not getting back to the hotel until 10pm.

No happy with TripAdvisor advisor experience. I booked this tour as it included all travel and being alone in a different country. i didn't want to worry about it. They tried twice to get extra money for this trip. Once for upgrading seats on the train and the second time I was already in Poland (11hpurs before tour qas due to start) saying our hotel for pick up service was out of radius (i checked the terms and conditions) After them trying twice to get extra money for a tour that included all transportation ( again i checked the terms and conditions) they lied saying no payment was made for the tour, which was paid and on my bank statement, I rebooked another tour, self guided for them to cancle that because it was in my name! The manager was very rude and unhelpful. She honestly ruined mine and my friends once in a life time TripAdvisor! I've had the refund for the tickets, but as this is the only reason I went to Poland, I will be taking this further and asking for flights to be reimbursed, absolutely shocking customer services and rude staff. As I said I tried to rebook the tour but they cancelled as it was in my name. So I did not do the tour and that's the only reason I went to Poland.
I'd use get your guide in future. I still haven't received the second refund!!

The problem is that most of the information you wrote is untruth and happy that I can reply.
Your tour was organized for you with all details. As your hotel was located outside the zone from where we are picking up our tourists you received the information that we can meet at the train station or send the driver to your hotel with 15Eur extra pay for the transportation.
What I heard in the telephone conversation is not suitable for quoting. You were very rude and demanded something that was not included in the tour. I asked many times what option you choose, first I heard that you want to cancel the tour, then that you will go but describe how awful our service is. The fact that you did not go on the tour is only due to your behavior, because as I mentioned, the tour was organized and the costs were incurred by us. By accusing us of extorting money, you only confirm that you did not understand that the additional offer concerned a ride on a premium train, which is more expensive than the train included in the tour price. This option is optional.
You had one reservation with us so I do not know nothing about your second reservation.

In your summary, you state that we have 3 hours in Krakow to explore, but in the itinerary you discuss the places we will see. Can you please clarify. Do you drop us somewhere in Krakow and we are on our own for 3 hours or is there a brief guided tour of Krakow letting us see the places you list in the itinerary followed by time on our own for a total time of 3 hours in Krakow?
