Amazing white water rafting experience! From the beginning the staff was very helpful coordinating the equipment and transportation. The Soca River is incredibly beautiful. Our experienced guide Sebastián made the experience safe, fun and very enjoyable! My wife and I have been white water rafting before in different countries and this one has definitely been the most fun. Thumbs up all the way!

On a positive note, rafting in the Soca river is truly magical. The water is crystal clear and drinkable. The scenery is exquisite with views of the mountains. Our rafting instructor was competent and guided us securely through the river. On the flip side, the pre-preparations and initial welcome was poor. Equipment is provided and explained how to put on but instructors do not check that attire is securely fastened (e.g., the life jacket). Basic instructions are explained how to paddle but no instructions given as to what to do in the event one falls out of the raft. Overall, the rafting experience was exciting but as a customer one is left feeling like a “number”. There is no personal warmth or enthusiasm.

It was the best day of our vacation.
We booked the ZipLine activity.
The crew are very friendly and had special attention to our children.
The ten Ziplines are beautiful and exiting.
It was all very good organized.
We will be back next year for Rafting (and Zip Line)

The tour was good but the photo transfer is crap and does not work!

Great adventure and a well organised trip. We’ve had really friendly and funny guides. Espescially the ‘pinguïn rock’ and the stunning views on the river are the highlights of this unforgettable trip!
