This trip was awesome. My husband and I went to Bovec for SUP tour of the Soča river on the last day of August to celebrate the end of summer, and we loved it. The trip is super organized. We saw and experience incredibly beautiful nature, the color of the river is out of this world. The guys who organize these tours are so, so very nice and pleasant. They are very easygoing and relaxed as was the entire tour. Excellent instructors of SUP board rides too, but that goes without saying. We had so much fun and apparently we found one more hobby that we can do together. We heartily recommend this tour to everyone who is thinking about going on a SUP ride even if they are complete beginners because the instructors will make it easy for you to learn and I believe that in no time you will be hooked on SUPing just like me and my husband. Thank you guys so very, very much.

Schlichtweg der Hammer. Ich bin immer wieder mit guten Guides unterwegs aber Sebastyen ist einsame spitze und besonders vertrauenserweckend. Professionell und herzig. Die Einweisung war sehr geduldig und detailiert, so daß ich mich komfortabel sicher gefühlt habe und - was mir besonders wichtig war - die Verantwortung für meinen "FlussAnfänger" abgeben konnte. Mit freiem Kopf kann ich besser liefern
Die Panoramastrecke ist unbeschreiblich schön. Ein Guide zahlt sich aus, weil man hinter ihm her, in der idealen Linie, in den Stromschnellen zwischen Felsen und Untiefen viel mehr Freude hat als auf eigene Faust und holprig. Sebastyen hatte zum Aufmuntern Energyriegel, Wasser kann man direkt aus der Soca trinken.
Die Austattung ist auf dem neuesten Stand und die selbstkonzipierten Boards liegen super in den Wellen.
Man bekommt als Erinnerung mehr als genug tolle Fotos.
Rundum: eindeutig empfehlenswert!

It was a fantastic experience: sliding o the pristine water from the SOCA, with Martin from Bovec-SUP who explained how to paddle to the newbies helped the one who were already able to paddle how to be more balanced and efficient (and thus more comfortable!), we also learn about the river, the region, the history of this part of Slovenia.in addition we we were riding to the river from the base in Bovec, martin gave us so many tips where to eat what with a large range of choices: frm the delicious Burek in Bovec to the Kamp lazar and the pizzeria in Zaga... we also visited the area thanks and following his advices on the day following our comon adventure!

I had never tried paddle boarding and the whole experience was wonderful. Very kind and patient guides who made us comfortable from the beginning. Our group had all different levels of comfort and ability and everyone had an amazing time. A beautiful and unique way to explore the river!

I went SUP on the Soča River together with my 12-year-old daughter. We were quite worried about going down the river on a SUP, but we were lucky with the guide Sebestyén. We got good equipment, did theoretical and practical training and then went out on the river. Sebestyén was great, he had everything under control, he motivated and gave us all instructions, and he also managed to take pictures and make videos of us. A small stop and a small snack awaited us on the way. We recommend Sebestyén as a SUP guide to everyone. A beautiful experience.

The Soca tour was fantastic and incredibly beautiful. We glided over crystal clear water, on both sides rock faces, pure nature. In August, the water was perfect for swimming.
The second tour went to Lake Predil in Italy. Beautiful scenery, also perfect for Beginners. A short hike led us to a beautiful waterfall.
The guide was very competent and empathetic. The tours are highly recommended for everyone.
Thanks for two unforgettable experiences.

The entire experience was fantastic! Marci was an incredible instructor and a really cool dude! The tour was positive and encouraging, with breathtaking scenery, and we even learned some new SUP tricks! My girlfriend and I will definitely return. It was a day well spent.

Me and my friend had the most incredible experience paddleboarding on the Soča River! Sebestyén kept me well-informed before the activity about the warm weather and if we needed water suits but still brought them along as we have experienced Soča being very cold...
We met Marci at the pick-up point and he was warm and friendly and instantly made us feel comfortable on the water. He taught how to paddle, stand, balance and drift across the river. We could freely do whatever was comfortable for us either sitting, standing, propped on our knees or lying down.
We paddled under the Most na Soča bridge and further up to a resting point in the middle of the gorge. He encouraged us to go into the water and feel how refreshing the water is. The water was calm and clean which you don't mind falling in! We stopped off at a rock to have a healthy snack and rest and headed back.
Marci was always on hand to help us with orientation and direction if we did not know how to paddle correctly.
He also encouraged us not to bring our phones in the waterproof bag which I appreciate because we got to fully be in the moment and enjoy the experience. He took many photos of us using his GoPro whilst paddleboarding and was open to taking them when we asked. And gave us recommendations of where to eat and see during our last day in Bovec.
A truly memorable and enjoyable experience that we hope to return soon! Thank you so much!

I booked the Emerald Soca Stand Up Paddle Tour and the Whitewater Tour on the Soca and was thrilled!
On the Emerald Soca Tour we paddled up the Idrija at Most na Soci.
Marti, our guide, first showed us some basic paddling techniques and later challenged us with a few tricks.
Marti is a wonderful and very professional guide with a lot of heart warmth. There were four of us on the tour and we all felt comfortable from the start!
On the white water tour we went to the Soca. Again, we were traveling as a small group with 4 people. And here, too, the adventure began with a technical briefing and important exercises before we started paddling.
Marti and Sebestyen were there on this tour. Before all rapids they briefly explained what to expect and then guided us professionally and confidently through the difficult places.
Also Sebestyen is a great guide, like Marti very professional, open and warm.
Not to forget a word about the equipment: even that is great, especially the boards!
I can only recommend the tours and look forward to new SUP adventures as soon as I get back to Bovec.
