Great itinerary for a half day

Borut was a great guide. He had lots of info about the areas and historical + cultural background, and was happy to be flexible with stops and who was doing what. As far as is possible in such a group it didn't feel like we were overly shepherded or rushed through activities. And it felt like we also still did a lot in a half-ish day.

Thank you! – would recommend.

Our driver was awesome, very knowledgeable of both the local area and current things about Slovenia. Highly recommended if you want to get the main destinations knocked out in an afternoon!

Beautiful but pricey!
All told, it was a nice trip! The lake and castle are stunning, as is the small village we visited on the way back to Ljubljana (though it was very dark when we got there!). Our guide, Klemen, was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was warm and friendly throughout the duration of the tour. The trip is quite pricey as it does not include the cost of the pletna boat (€15 per person) or the castle admission (about €10). If you feel confident enough to do the trip via public transport (€6 each way) you will save a lot of money, but you’ll also miss out on the knowledge of a great guide.

The guide made our day
Anna Maria, our guide, was up-beat, organized and we'll informed. We saw lots, she gave us plenty of information, and we didn't waste time stuck in traffic. She worked hard to make the day the success it was.

Lake bled escapade
Great trip! Amazing view and awesome guide! Slovenia is a beautiful country, rich in history and wonderful people. I have more than enough time to visit every place thats included in the tour! I will definitely bring my famioy next time. The weather is excellent and very cooperative! Passing the border is flawless’

Great tour and experience.

The trip to Bled is a short, pleasant 40 minuet drive from Ljubljana. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and Slovenia. Bled lake is one of the most beautiful places that I have ever seen. The castle and museum are first rate. The boat ride to the island, rowed by a man standing up, was peaceful and relaxing. The views are breathtaking, both from the castle on the bluff and from the island.
I highly recommend this tour to everyone.

Everything! Our guide was very knowledgeable about Slovenia and answered all our questions. He was a very good driver and told us all about Lake Bled and the castle. I would definitely recommend Roundabout Tours.

Excellent tour. Dino, our guide was incredibly knowledgable and gave us a fantastic day in Bled and Ljubljana. We learnt about history, art, culture and much more. We are well traveled and have high standards, and we were very happy with our tour guide - he was great and spoke excellent English. Time and money well invested.
