由于大雾，船没办法航行。但是我们有在船上看现场表演（音乐和舞蹈），很赞。游轮上的食物很不错。船上的一个叫Csabi的服务员，他非常的友好，很善谈，给我们提供了很好的服务。他的友好让我们的这趟没法航行的旅程不是那么的遗憾。非常感谢。

Este concierto está tremendamente sobre valorado. No utiliza el órgano de la basílica sino uno electrónico. Quizá fui naïf al esperar esto, pero en otros conciertos o incluso en algunas misas importantes, se utilizan los órganos reales de la iglesia y eso es una experiencia. El sonido no es muy bueno. Estas en sillas de madera (no las de la iglesia) y a mi me toco al final de todo Prácticamente no da tiempo de ver la basílica porque justo al acabar el concierto te echan rápidamente. Los intérpretes lo hacen bien, ahí no veo problema. En conjunto, la experiencia, en mi opinión, es el clásico concierto para turistas. Por 30 euros por persona generalmente puedes ver un concierto serio en un auditorio. Aquí los pagas porque estas de vacaciones en Budapest, porque es en San Esteban y porque es lo que toca.

Very enjoyable evening! Superb organist, flutist, and tenor. Ambitious program with high degree of difficulty for the artists. Beautiful St Stephen's Basilica with fabulous acoustics. Highly recommend.

Il Concerto é stato fantastico, una bellissima atmosfera. Purtroppo il biglietto non comprendeva il tour con crociera, ma ne è valsa la pena.

What a wonderful way to finish our City break.
This was both exhilarating and spellbinding.

Magnifique concert dans un endroit exceptionnel ! Orgue, voix et flûte traversière. Suivi d'un repas buffet. Très belle vue du bateau et musiciens locaux. Organisation trop légère pour le passage d'une activité à l'autre.

We fond this concert in TS's Things to Do section and it looked very interesting. St Stephen's is a beautiful and huge Cathedral and we have taken many pictures of it from the outside and the inside. We have enjoyed the peaceful calm inside and have been blown away by the sound of the bells that left us shaking one Easter.
So, this organ concert was a standout thing that we thought we had to do.
We were offered a variety of music, all centred on the organ, solo, instrumental accompaniment and vocal. What kept this from being a 5 star experience was the weakness in the vocal performances, a former Budapest opera star in his 60's or 70's who had the timbre but no longer the depth and who was over powered by even the lightest touch on the organ.
Nit picky I know, but that is why I cannot give this a 5.
The whole thing was well organized and efficiently managed and a very good memory for us.
Recommended.

I feel I've been cheated. When you see advertised Organ Concert at the great Basilica you don't expect they are going to use a small electric church organ that you can find almost in every church in the world. You expect to listen to the big one, the real thing.

The big organ is only operating during certain ceremonies during the year!
In our advertisement we do not say that the musicians are going to use the main organ because they will not use it during the concert .
Hope we helped with our answer and see you very soon again in Budapest!

The building itself is magnificent and the imposing exterior does not unveil the beautiful interior. it was really really amazing and a bit enchanting. Keep a coat with you I was shivering both from emotions and the cold. If in doubt whether to go or not - then go. Alluring emotions crawl into you while listening to music and admiring the human creation around you

You really need to be an organ enthusiast to appreciate this. We like classical music but found the small organ and one other musician was not enough to fill this beautiful church and could't really be called a concert.

Terrific concert. Loved the male opera singer and the floutist. The church is gorgeous.

Please can you tell me if this organ used in the concerts is the electric one using loudspeakers or if this was a temporary situation. We plan to go on 30th May and would only do so if the original pipe organ was used, Is this the case?

I'm not sure but I think it will be always the electric organ that for me was a disappointment once I was expecting a concert with the pipe organ and they don't inform it when selling the tickets.
To be sure it would be better you to ask one of the agencies selling the tickets

You have the option of concert only, or concert plus dinner, and hotel pick up is optional for each. The concerts are only on one night each week (I think it’s every Thursday), so when you choose the date you should see all of the options and prices. When we booked the app let us choose a date when the concert was unavailable, so I would recommend using the computer for this one. I hope that helps.
