基本上来说算是方便也划算的, 对东方人来说上层的位子太晒, 下层的位子简直跟烤箱一样, 除了司机有空调之外, 其他地方都几乎算是密闭的!

还不错，但维也纳更好
我们购买了维也纳和布达佩斯的联票，更享受维也纳的巴士体验。布达佩斯的公共汽车没有那么好，没有车顶，出故障。我们在两天里两次去乘多瑙河游船，两次都被拒绝了，并告诉我们船还没有准备好，两小时后再来。不用说，我们没有再去。

Everything is central Google maps Is the way forward save yourself a fortune.
Very unorganised not enough communication of the points of exits and were we were going found it a difficult experience.

Day trip
A must do trip to get to sites and measure distance s between attractions. Worth getting on and off to visit various areas.

Spot on, great way to see and get about Budapest

I had read a lot about the hop on hop off bus in Budapest both this one and the CitySightseeing one. I opted for the BigBus as it had an app. When I actually got there it appears that the BigBus and CitySightseeing have joined forces as you can sue both on the same ticket (so buy the cheapest one) and actually they directed me to a different app that shows GPS of where the buses are on the route. I read a lot of moaning about poor commentary, bad English, hard to understand and worse ever hop on/hop off - I experienced none of this it was all grand. Only thing we did struggle with a bit was finding the stops, there is no signage at all at any of them, on weekdays it did appear that staff were generally hanging about the stops, but this wasn't always the case. When you used the app to find the stop it wasn't that accurate and we missed a few buses as we were standing at the wrong place and had to run like the clappers to get a few. If there is one thing could make it better is clear stop signage, otherwise it was great. We had a 48 hour ticket which actually cover the afternoon of our arrival , all next day and then the next morning which was perfect.

Vivendo a Roma erano anni che volevo provare questa esperienza e devo dire di essermene pentito. Il pullman è di 2 piani, il piano sotto è piu' comodo ma non si vede quasi nulla fuori per via della pubblicità sui vetri. Al piano di sopra peggio ancora in quanto hanno coperto il tutto con la plastica trasparente ed ovviamente fa condensa. La voce nell'auricolare spiega pochissime cose. Se potete evitatelo è solo un mangia soldi.

Headphones
Very friendly staff and very helpful, great value service. Main complaint would be the headphones, on every bus I've been on there's been at least 10 sets of discarded sets. What do you do with them.??

Beware the big BAD bus
If this was the first Big Bus tour i had ever experienced it would have been my last. The steps were poorly marked, the buses were overcrowded, the English translation was hardly recognizable as eEnglish and the script was about as entertaining and informative as reading a tax code. Definitely to be avaided. Not a happy face on the entire bus. That being said, this tour is run well in other cities like Berlin for instance. I would go back to it in Berlin, but never again in Budapest.

Overall a good experience!

The bus experience in overall was good. The information provide about the city is high level but it's a great way to go around the city. We used it mainly to learn where the most important places were and as a taxi mainly. The staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining where certain places were.

Good way to travel around city
We bought the tickets for it because our children really wanted to experience it. A lot of stops, good organization, but the recorded English for the tour was terrible, half of it we couldn’t understand. Whilst the German we found a lot more understandable and informative. The price for two adults and two children was around 130€, and for that price we expected at least better English. But in the ticket price we got a free walking tour (which btw you can even get without the hop on hop off bus tickets, and we got tickets for the ride on the Danube cruise which was good.

Rubbish tour

Possibly the most ignorant tour guide ever to breathe, the bus driven far too fast and really uncomfortable.

One good thing with their attitude is we didn't have to tip them
