Dear Sandra, we are very sorry. Actually we did not see your reason to cancel, only the cancellation itself. The difference between booking and cancelling was just cca 1 hour, we supposed you have changed your mind. Refund policy is controlled by Viator, not by suppliers, as we are. Hope you will be better soon, Ildiko

An Excellent Guide and Wonderul Tour of Budapest

I reserved this tour several weeks before I left for Budapest. Viatours immediatley sent me confirmation. Then I received a personal note from our Guide, Gabriel (Gabor) asking if there was
anything specific we wanted to see, as he arranges the tour according the the client's desires. He had a very comforable and clean car, with bottles of water (it was a very hot and humid day). He is extremely knowlegable and gave us wonderful historical explawations of ehat we were seeing. We were in Pest and in Buda and saw far more that I expected. But he managed to include everything that was important for us to see. it was really and excellent experience.

This was well worth the money. The guide (Tom) was lovely and the driver excellent. We saw a good few places that we would never have found. Yes it involved quite a bit of walking but I got the impression that Tom could have modified the tour depending on mobility. Can’t recommend this enough. Several times after both my wife and I said how glad we were that we did this

A great way to see the city

2022年5月

We had a wonderful experience with our guide Petra. We saw all the highlights of Budapest and when we were done she recommended an excellent restaurant and made sure we knew how to get back to our hotel. Highly recommend!

To your Budapest is to love Budapest.

Our tour guide, Petra, was very knowledgeable and personable. We saw and spent time in many of the city’s highlight places where Petra explained the history and answered all our in clearly and concisely. She was passionate in her deliveries and you could feel her pride in her adopted city. Our driver, Thomas, was a pro! He knew the areas well and was a courteous and skilled driver. We came away with a love and appreciation for this beautiful city due mainly to Petra and Thomas’ outstanding tour.

Private City Tour in Luxury Vehicle

We had an incredible tour with Idilko and a private driver in a Mercedes van (he was not introduced by he was very competent!). My husband and I did the tour with my 80 year old parents and both staff were kind and patient and showed us the highlights of the city while keeping in mind to avoid long walks or lots of stairs. Idilko is incredibly knowledgable about the long and interesting history of her city. We really enjoyed getting to know beautiful Budapest; we’ll be back!
