Ongezellige boot, personeel aardig maar vertellen verder niks aan boord over de bezienswaardigheden onderweg. Er staan allemaal kratjes aan boord maar er kan niks besteld worden. Al met met sombere ervaring…..

You have paid for a non-guided cruise, still you expect a tour guide... A bar is open, all others can make an order, I am sure you also had the chance when you would have tried...

A l'arrivée, un verre de champagne ou une limonade est proposé selon les envies.

Le bateau est confortable.

Le trajet en bateau est un peu long par rapport à ce qu'il y a à voir, mais permet de découvrir la ville sous un autre angle.

Worst boat experience I ever had...
Absolutely horrible! I don’t like to give bad reviewes, but things had to be done at this point! There was literally nothing good about this service, so let me be specific. First, we booked the whole boat (MS KLARA) as a group of friends but they miscounted the people on board and declined further people to join us even through there were less people than the boat’s limit. The bartender’s behaviour were rude and absolutely unprofessional. They didn’t have any cold drinks or even ice at all, so they serviced hot vodka and they ran out of soda water after 5 minutes. It was a joke, I don’t even understand how they are in business at all...We asked for decorations with ballons (extra fees), but there were none! I can’t say a single good thing about this boat trip, so I will just hope that this review will help others choose a better experience...

You rented a boat for 38 pax, while 50 showed up. I understand that more friends wanted to be involved, still limits are by law and you were aware of that. The decoration was present as ordered, maybe with a smaller crowd it would have been better visible. Also, probably a less illuminated company would have helped to better enjoy the experience and ask your friend to obey and respect society standards.
