Wow! Loved it! Our driver and tour guide Peter was fantastic- he knew his stuff and we learnt lots about Budapest. We also had a great laugh which made it more enjoyable. It was chilly but they look after you with blankets, etc and stop off at some lovely landmarks with stunning views. The Tuk Tuk was great fun and we managed to see most of Budapest whilst we were were there for 3 days. We walked a lot of it but on the other side higher up in the hills this was perfect. They were prompt and picked up up from outside our hotel. We toured for 2 hours and then stopped off for cheese and wine tasting which really did put a nice end to a great afternoon. Really loved it. If you're going to do the trip in the winter months make sure you wrap up warm - its COLD! But well worth it for the experience. We loved it!

It was a cold day, but we dressed in layers and our wonderful tour guide provided blankets for us! Our tour guide was early (yay!), very hospitable, easy going and inquired what sites or areas we had already visited. As a result, we decided we wanted to see more of the Buda side of the city that we never would have seen otherwise. We learned about the day to day life here, the city's culture today, periods of government and occupation changes over the last 150 years and how we can still see evidence of such in various parts of the city. Budapest is HUGE! No way to cover on foot alone. Tuk Tuk and our Guide made a beautiful memory for my husband and I! We ended the tour seated at our reserved table facing St. Stephen's Basilica square at a local, and fantastic, wine and cheese restaurant. The tour and our time at the restaurant was 3 to 3.5 hours. It was very beautiful and worth every dollar!

The Tuk Tuk is very noisy so not that easy to hear what the guide was saying whilst travelling along, ok if you have done the bus tour before. Robbie the guide took us to the river where the locals go which we would not have seen on our own which was very good. It was nice to sit and relax in the square with the wine tasting at the end of the tour.

About the noise, we truly hope that it didn't cause issues and our guide could tell you all the major history about Budapest, unfortunately the city center is noisy in general, but we really hope you were guided along of the city the best possible way.

A great way to see this huge city. Visiting everywhere we did on foot would have been impossible!
Paul was our guide and was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the places we visited: the bridges, the castle district, parliament building and everywhere in between. Answered any questions we had. We pretty much left it to him to where we went but he did ask if there was anywhere in particular we wanted to see.
Blankets provided. Make sure you take hat/gloves as was cold at this time of the year.
The wine tasting and cheese was nice at the end and the chance to warm up in the bar. Didn’t realise how cold I had got until we went into the warm.
Definitely recommend this, and at the beginning of your trip so you can get your bearings and see where everything is.

Really enjoyed this.. fantastic way to see and learn about Budapest.. our guides Bart and Bart were so knowledgable about the history and facts of Budapest and gave us a great insight into everyday life too.. this is definitely a must when you busy.. I would suggest going on your first day so you get an idea of your surroundings.. the wine tasting was a pleasant add on.. the wine bar was nice and again staff were great.. wine was good too.. overall a really great couple of hours

Best best best tour we did in Budapest a complete must our tour guide tu was thee best so much knowledge took us too all the best tourist destinations super friendly spoke perfect English after we had the wine an cheese tasting at a cute restaurant can't remember the name of the place but the wines were all beautiful and all Hungarian the cheeses yum all in all my fave tour wee took in Budapest

We did this on a lovely sunny afternoon in April. Paul our guide was lovely very knowledgeable and took us to places could only get to in tuk tuk. And adjusted the sch duke to suit us. Cheese and wine after also very pleasant. Thank you for a great day.

Paul is fantastic! We so enjoyed our road trip around the city with him! He is so nice and really did his best to provide us with a great (and safe!) experience. I recommend doing at the beginning of your trip as he has a lot of tips and suggestions for you after to explore. Would absolutely use this company again. Great job!

Send a note to the Tuk Tuk Tour owner. He will give you the best advise on the proper taxi to use. Don't just use anyone. There are some ethic problems with some of the taxi drivers. Also, Uber is not in Budapest, but there is another company similar and I used it. All worked out fine. Have fun. We also did a day trip, and just loved the city. Would go back again!

3 to 4 hours. We loved the tour. So private, and you can get to places you can't get to on a bus. Fabulous hospitality and beautiful country.
