We found the guide Attila to be friendly and informative. The communication before and during the trip was clear. The trip itself was interesting and we got to see the recommended spots in a day. We were picked up from our hotel in Budapest promptly at 7am and returned 12 hours later.
Lunch was included in the trip. It was preselected by the guide (schnitzel and strudel) - a choice would have been preferred.
On the whole we found the trip very good.

The guide was great and knowledgable, however with multiple petrol stops and taking double the time as the driver was driving only 80km instead of 120 and 130 max. We missed the one location we wanted to see the most, the Summer palace. That was the only reason I booked. All we did was walk around and go to winter palace in the rushed end of day booking. Then the lunch we had to eat only one dish which was told to us and the driver ordered something different. I am a tour guide and would give my tour more for the amount of money spent. I understand petrol expensive but quality was very poor for $300pp.

We had a lovely day in Vienna with our guide, Attila. We did most of the sightseeing points all around Vienna. Attila knows a lot about its history, he was knowledgeable and flexible to add any extra stops we asked for. The lunch was perfect, we had so much fun!

We had a lovely day in Vienna with our guide Steve. During our stay in Budapest we decided to visit Vienna for one day. The ride was smooth and the City was amazing. Our guide was very informative and he also showed is the hidden gems in Vienna. Highly recommended.

Our guide Attila was very knowledgeable. We spent a day at Vienna with him and learn a lot of new information about Vienna history and great architecture.
Lunch included was decent quality - could have been better for the money we paid.

We had a great day in Vienna with our guide, Susan.The ride took only 2.5 hours , the orientation about the city was faboulous, for lunch we were invited for a huge WienerSchnitzel with drinks. On the way back there was a heavy traffic but apart from it we enjoyed our day so much.
