It started off well, until we’d walked the first 100 meters, but then the route was closed because of building works so had to take a different route up. After that, we constantly got messages saying we were off route, got the audio bits in the wrong order, didn’t get some of the audio bits cos they were in the closed off section.
Got fed up with it in the end, turned it off, and just walked about. Waste of money

We're sorry you felt this way. While it is frustrating that parts of the route were closed, this does sometimes happen. We've left a note about this on the tour's cover page.
You can listen to segments that are affected by this manually and then resume from the top, one you're in the right place. This will stop our Lost Warning from playing unnecessarily.

Panoptikum Tours and "The Legendary Vampires at the Castle's Court Audio Tour
Tours" it has little or nothing to do with Panoptikum. The name of the program is so a bit misleading.
