Our guide was very accommodating, funny and knowledgeable. The tour was so much fun! Ended at a cute local tapas restaurant where they gave us 4-5
appetizers and two drinks that were all included. It was fabulous. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Tavira. I also recommend doing it earlier on in your trip.

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and took us to many interesting places , we wish we had been on the first day rather than the last as we would have known where to explore. We finished at Ti Maria Tapas restaurant which was a real gem, we will be back.

The perfect way to get a pleasurable and informative overview of Tavira. From the salt pans to the castle and over the river and plenty in between with lots of interesting narrative and stops to take photographs and pop into places. The tapas at the end was lovely, generous helpings and friendly service. Cannot recommend this experience enough. The TukTuk sneaks through spaces where the road train cannot and the real life narrative beats a recorded one any day.

Go ahead and book! This is a great way to get the feel of Tavira and learn it’s history. João is a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. We loved it!

Excellent tour, great way to spend a morning, see Tavira and learn about the history of this beautiful place. Delicious lunch and sangria at the end of the tour!

Great tour of travia to learn about the area and history. Excellent service from pick up to drop off. Tapas restaurant was a lovely way to end the tour! Highly recommended.

Zeer leuke ervaring om de stad te verkennen met kids. Je wordt door de stad geleid en leert alle leuke plekjes kennen. Aan te raden om dit te doen in het begin van je verblijf in Tavira. Wij waren met een groep van 10 en er werden 2 tuk tuk voorzien. De ene tuk tuk kwam van een andere firma en de info die daar werd gegeven was wel minder dan in de tuk tuk van deze maatschappij. De meneer neemt echt de tijd om alles uit te leggen en te antwoorden op je vragen.
De tapas en wijn op het einde zijn echt de moeite waard en je krijgt zeker waar voor je geld. Je hoeft niet meer te eten na deze tapas maaltijd. 😜

We booked our tour same day and the driver was on time for the meeting point. He took us around Tavira and was really friendly and informative. Even having been to Tavira multiple times there were some new things I learnt from him. He was so accommodating and even took us to try to find flamingos (successfully!). The food was at a little restaurant called Ti Maria and included a glass of wine - it was enough for supper for us and a very welcoming place. We would both highly recommend this tour for those who want to find out a bit of history of Tavira in a chilled and super friendly way.

They didn’t have outside dining when we visited. Best to check with the venue, as we visited at the start of November.

Hi, How much walking is needed on the tour?
One person in the company has problems walking, so im looking for activites with minimal walking.

Hi! There isn’t too much walking at all. Plus, if you inform your guide about any mobility issues, they will adjust the tour as needed.
