Elvis was our tour guide he had an amazing personality and a brain full of knowledge. Alicia was our awesome driver, The tour didn’t disappoint and we learned a lot about “American History”. The FACTS.

An amazing tour on history that everyone should see once. I went to the one in DC but recommend this one in SC as well. History is epic and this tells our stories than many don’t know or don’t want to know. It provides an understanding of our future.

Nick was amazing and the tour was most enjoyable during the day yesterday. He is a washington dc resident for his entire life and he pretty much knew everything about our tour routes, history and many unique.
Nick has the perfect personality for a tour guide; very very knowledgeable, articulate and very funny.....
Nick is also a certified tour guide in many other cities and I would select him 1st every time......
Nick reads rather than TV watching and it's obvious and evident in his knowledge of so many facts and back story's about so many topics.
Request Nick for your tour; I guarantee you will not be disappointed.....

My family took Elvis’ tour and were thoroughly impressed! Check in was easy, waters on the bus were appreciated. Elvis was so knowledgeable and explained everything in an easy to understand way. Tour alternated between time on the AC bus and outside in the heat for no more than 20 min so we stayed very comfortable. If you care about racial inequality in the US like my family does you need to take this tour. You will learn things we don’t talk about in mainstream public (or most private) schools. I was moved by this experience and will always remember it. Highly recommend! Thank you so much Elvis and Gary (driver)! We appreciate you!

The tour guide was awesome ! He was very knowledgeable and humous made the event so interesting. Although it rained he still made the tour memorable.He gave all of the passengers a poucho ,so we still got to take pictures while enjoying listening to him telling us alk about the sights Thanks

The African American History Tour was amazing! Our tour guide, DeAndre, was so knowledgeable about key historical events and facts that set the precedence for our day, which was also the celebration of Juneteenth 2024 - Emancipation Day.
His delivery was also well received by all customers on the tour. He was very engaging and seemed to enjoy what he does. Mr. Leonard guided us safely through the city and was also very attentive to all guests onboard.

We visited from Texas, and it was our first time in DC. This Tour was by far one of the major highlights of our trip. Deion was full of knowledge the entire time, from outside the vehicle before we even started the tour all the way until the conclusion. It was so much history that We did not know, and each historical point on the tour had a very thorough description. We got the best tour guide, and the driver, Mr.Tate, was also a very welcoming and excellent driver. We received water bottles for hydration, and even the vehicle's roof was open, so we definitely saw and experienced all of DC. I highly recommend this tour if you are in DC, as you will not be disappointed. Also, when you think you're done, its more with the AA museum. What a day! Everyone was professional, polite, and full of history. 5 Star Tour. From HTown to DC, thank you guys for an amazing tour!

No. When I took the tour the meeting place was at a monument in a city square near a metro station. My friend and I walked there from our hotel.
