We were lucky to book the tour in the less then 24 h before the event.
It was nice to drive around in the luxury van.
However it was not much of the tour.
It was pointing to the buildings with 2-3 sentences or less for the description. No historical references. No interesting fact to tell. No story of any kind.
Also, assumption of the driver that everybody in the group share his political views was unprofessional at best.
I had no interest to know what he think about former president!!
It was nice to drive around in the luxury van.

We paid for a family of 5 and mentioned that our daughter had a broken foot. First, they showed up late in a pickup truck. We refused to do a 3 hour tour with 3 across the front of a pickup truck.
Then they found a solution and hour later and sent an Uber driver. Literally an Uber driver. The driver, Bernard, drove us around DC, but couldn’t answer a single question, nor tell us about any of the monuments or facts about Washington or the history. He never left the car and I had to wiki everything to teach my kids about the sights.
It was a huge scam. I would not trust this tour company. Very shady.

TOTALLY FALSE.
We were in touch with the LT during and after the tour,the party had every opportunity to cancel at anytime during the tour however the party used their entire hours paid for.
Bernard is a professional as his reviews on TripAdvisor shows and as a token of your party not being satisfied we refunded 50% of what you paid for the tour we also offered your party a free ticket valid for one year with another guide.
Our company will not be in business if we are running a SCAM or SHADY.
We hope you use the free tickets offered your party in the near future.

Our tour guide was beyond phenomenal!!! His tour vastly surpassed our expectations. He displayed a remarkable amount of knowledge of all things DC and US history, and even personalizes the tour to what you’re interested in. All of our questions and curiosities were fully answered, and you feel like you’ve lived in DC for years by the time your tour has ended. Eliminating the crowds for a private stroll of the capital is definitely worth it. Unbelievable deal for the price they offer. An 11/10 tour of Washington DC!

We came to Washington DC when the federal government was shut down. We were hesitant to book since many of the museums and National Parks were closed. However, it made for a perfect tour for us. Our tour guide Nicole worked as history teacher and volunteers at the Smithsonian Museum of African Art. She was so full of knowledge, she really gave us a better experience. We saw all of the monuments, saw the White House and the Capital building. She was able to answer of our questions and my 11-year old daughter said that the tour was the highlight of our trip. I recommend this tour to anyone who has limited time but wants to see and learn as much as possible. 5 Stars!!

Our family visited my daughter in Washington DC for Thanksgiving. My elderly mom had never been there and we weren't sure how much walking she could handle. This guided tour was the perfect solution- the charming Tunde and his comfy spacious van made the day so fun and comfortable for all of us. His expert knowledge of just how to navigate the sites and his assessment of the amount of walking required was exactly what we needed. His narration was interesting and humorous. We just had a great time and would highly recommend to everyone. Thanks for a great day Tunde!

This tour made our DC visit the best! Great history lesson! Great photo opportunities! The tour guide, Zhiris Robinson was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My group was small, 3 seniors. Zhiris made sure we were comfortable and left us feeling as if the tour was planned to fit us. This tour exceeded all expectations. I would recommend this tour for anyone visiting DC, young or old.

I booked this tour over 2 months prior to the travel date and it was cancelled via email with no other options (other than paying more or changing our tour date). Unfortunately, our guests are from overseas with a very limited schedule, thus we can't change the date. I called them and was on the phone with Bethany for almost an hour with not much help. She said it was now considered last minute and I had to pay more (although I booked this 6 weeks ago and my trip is 3 weeks away). I wanted to talk to her supervisor but she said no one was available and she (or supervisor) couldn't not call me back later due to their policy, but she could email me later (I have not received an email as of now - 24 hours later). if you want a reliable tour schedule, please do not book this tour. I am so frustrated and they ruined my travel plan which was done well in advance.

We apologize for any inconvience this caused. At that time, the tour guide/owner was deceased the latter part of March 2018, resulting in tour cancellation. Since that time, the company is under new management and welcome the opportunity to conduct your tour on future travel to Washington, D.C.

Had booked this almost two weeks prior to visit and was cancelled on by the service 24 hours by the tour only with an explanation that could not accommodate us. If I had cancelled within this time frame I would have lost 100% of my cost. Was looking forward to it based the reviews but had to instead replan my visit.

I want to book a tour on May 25 with 6 people, two are elderly. I just want to verify that we will have a van with room. I tried calling the number but was told their was no service.

Hello, We had the van to our selves: there were 4 of us and the price was for the all of us.
I believe they try to do 2 tours a day. We left at 11 and returned at 3. I think they try to accommodate as best they can!
So much fun!

Which tour, this one for $340, or the one for $400? What is the difference in sights? Why pay $60 more for a tour that is 1 hour longer?

I didnt have a big travel budget so I took at look at this tour as it seemed the greatest value. I did add a tip for excellent service and thought it was well worth the price. It was a great tour tailored to our needs!
