Our driver was very knowledgeable about the history of the city and the landmarks. He was extremely accommodating for our requests in what we wanted to see and do and gave a wonderful tour. The car was comfortable and perfect for our family of five. I would highly recommend our driver.

Please do not book this tour for you family. You will be disappointed. I gave it the benefit of doubt with that one bad review but because of how the company responded I booked. However the previous review were 100% right. What you are getting is transportation service. That is all. You’re not getting a history tour or knowledge of DC. You’re getting picked up and dropped off to the locations. Our driver tried his best with being a marathon the same day, but the company should of know better and informed us the tour is possible but better after this time. The driver was also heavily dependent on his GPS. No music, no interaction, nothing, he pointed out things but I can too from looking at my gps. Icing on the cake is we got into a fender bender. Driver didn’t ask my family if they were okay. He just kept going. I contacted the direct company and got hung up on. I went through trip advisor to get back at least half. The driver spent his time so I agree he needs to be paid but. Save the headache and pass this booking. Don’t trust the response of the company either.

Driver had no knowledge of the city. Distracted driving due to dependence on GPS, Ended tour early due to safety concerns.

Nice being able to jump out of the van, run around and take pictures in the cold and then hop back inside. Our driver Frank made the trip excellent with his stories and insights into the area. Highly recommend.

What a great day! We started at 10 and ended at 2. Perfect amount of time. Our driver was very courteous and gave a lot of great historic facts along the way. He was very accommodating to what we wanted to see or if we want a little more time at a location. We have “seen the sites” in D.C. for many years and this was one of our best experiences. Highly recommend!!!!

First thing we did on our trip to DC and it was Amazing!!!! I highly recommend seeing the city this way! Troy was our tour guide and took plenty of time explaining things and showing us around. He even took a few photos for us. By far the best way to see the city! Minimal walking as he drops you off at the front of every landmark. We traveled with kids and my 70 year old parents and it was cold but everyone had a great time! I wouldn't hesitate to book this tour again!

We booked DMV tours for a private 4 hour tour for our first day in DC. Frank was an excellent guide/driver. He is a walking history book and was able to tell us interesting facts about each location. Car was a large comfortable SUV and very clean. Bottles of water were available for passengers. He was also flexible in adjusting the driving when we wanted to also drive past Georgetown after looking at the monuments. All in all, a very good introductory tour of Washington DC for first-time visitors.

In addition to being informative, and provided details and knew all the buildings in the DC area. Tory also was a safe driver who took time to drive very carefully and headed lights, walkers and I felt very safe. Highly recommend this company for trips, tours and even hire to drive shuttles to and from the airport.

The company was not forward with the type of transportation we would be getting then was difficult to work with when I asked and was not thrilled by the results. They required me to pay in cash after I had given them my credit card the day before. The driver was awesome but would not use the company again for the reasons above.

You have not use our service and just putting incorrect reviews . Company do not ask credit card because all viator reservation are prepaid .

I believe they use different vehicles. We had a passenger van which should have sat your husband just fine but there was 7 in our party. This was a fantastic tour!!! So glad we did it! It ended up being everyones favorite part of the trip.
