Aloha. Which tour were you on? The only tour that includes a short time at the swimming pond which is NOT where the triple-tier waterfall is located (Our property has 14 waterfalls, including smaller waterfalls), is our Deluxe ATV Tour. Our website clearly details what is included in that tour: "This tour takes you along a private, 5.5 mile course, with plenty of opportunities to take photos of our beautiful waterfalls and tropical scenery, as well as a BREAK at our private waterfall and pond where a light local snack is provided." If you wanted to spend more time at the private pond, we have our Zip n Dip tour and River Kayak & Swim. The Horseback adventure also includes time at our pond as well as lunch. We have a website with all the details and policies for a reason: to educate our guests on what to expect. Although we are disappointed you didn't enjoy your time with us, we do our best to provide all the details needed for guests to make informed decisions about what we offer BEFORE they book a tour with us. If you want one of the best ATV experiences on a beautiful island, you must do the Umama ATV experience! We were doing the zipline experience and saw they have now added an ATV experience, so we signed up for that right after our zipline on the same day! The crew were awesome and energetic, providing us an incredible ride through the trails that surrounded the zipline area. It was challenging and nothing like I’d ever experienced before. A lot more challenging than just riding on sandy trails, that’s for sure! I highly recommend this to any adventure nut who wants some great exercise and to get seriously dirty! I also highly recommend using the googles they provide you while riding! Do NOT wear nice clothes, because you will be a wonderful dirty mess after! They even offer a dip in one of the beautiful rivers half way through! Had we known more about this, we would have brought towels and a change of clothing for after to drive home in. Do this adventure! And don’t forget to tip! They deserve every bit of that tip!

This place was awesome we did have a girl scared to drive so our tour was slow but we loved the waterfall in the end and it was my birthday and o was scared to jump in so I forgot the tour guides name but she was so pleasant and talked me into jumping and made my birthday a delight

Amazing time. Muddy and Fun. Bring a change of clothes. This was a great time, worth the visit. We did the ATV tour, and they also have ziplining and horseback riding. The area of the business is stunning, and they have a cute cafe for snacks.

This was a super fun adventure! In the middle of the ATV ride you stop for snacks and a swim in a beautiful waterfall! Our guides were incredibly nice! Would definitely do it again and next time I would include the Zipline. The property is absolutely gorgeous!

We did the ATV and waterfall experience. It was just ok. One of our guides was not very engaging. He hardly said anything to anyone beyond basic driving instructions on the side-by-side. The other guide was a bit better. The waterfall swim was cool. We had a couple of people on our group take advantage of it. The ATV experience was just so-so. A low-speed trail ride through a farmers field, single file around the cows, sometimes just on gravel path. I expect the single file, but you don't go through trees, water, or anything else. Just up the field and then back down. If you have ever done the Kualoa Ranch ATV experience on Oahu, this will disappoint. However, the ATV path follows a similar path as the Zip Lines, which looked fun. We wishe we had done that instead.

A terrific outing for my adult-aged family of 5! The ATV ride itself is fun and mostly quite picturesque, though not spectacular in my opinion. What makes the trip is the midpoint stop where we were able to take a refreshing swim in the natural pool below a waterfall. Going from the hot ATV ride into the cool pool was just perfect and super fun to hang out at there for 15-20 minutes. Staff were all friendly and helpful, including Erin and Austin who served as our guides. Don't miss the easy drive-around to view the grounds after your excursion. It takes only minutes...lovely gardens and there's another beautiful waterfall viewing spot that's great for photos. This appeared to be a well-run operation overall, and they are in the process of making several improvements to their facility that will make the experience even better. Suggest to make reservations over the phone instead of using the website - easier to discuss options/times with a live person...and you might save a few bucks.

We had a great time - enjoyed the ATV course and the swimming near the waterfall. Our guides were friendly and helpful. We each had our own ATV which was a little pricey but fun!!

Driving ATVs are not easy and the course was pretty dusty when we went. This is probably more my fault as other more experienced riders on the tour loved it. That said, when it got too bumpy the guides were super responsive and diverted us to a much easier route that got us to the waterfall. The waterfall area was awesome and a highlight. We had a great time swimming around. Next time we would probably do the zip and dip or the horse riding.
