The 8:30am yoga had a great flow. The practice included stretching, mindfulness, and a little strength building. The instructor was nice and social.

Anya is amazing, she will change your perspective on life if you allow her to. Do not miss out on the free yoga if you are staying at Kuaui Shores. An absolute must do. Thank you Anya for all of your wonderful wisdom and energy!

Wonderful to be back on Kaua'i with Kaua'i Yoga on the Beach at the Kaua'i Shores Hotel. Wonderful and inspiring location with excellent instructors. A restoring and relaxing beginning to every day of our stay. Interesting participants and instructors.

Instructor Will is hysterical and leads a great class. Perfect location, perfect class. Good for beginners too. Bring your beach towel to lY on the yoga mat.

Yoga with Will was absolutely FUN!! We also loved practicing with Anya at the Kalipaki beach and Andrea at the Sheraton Kapaa. They were also amazing.
But practicing with Will was fun and entertaining. Can’t wait to continue next week during our stay.

Anya is great yoga leader. We did yin (stretchy) yoga with her 3 times a week while on a 2 week vacation. The setting was beautiful, her voice relaxing, and I left each time with my body feeling more spacious.

The yoga classes were fantastic. I'm new to yoga, and this class felt great for all levels. The instructors are really good and helpful. They create a welcoming space, and it honestly just feels so amazing and calming to do yoga right next to the ocean. It was one of my favorite parts of the trip, and I'm really glad I was able to do the classes!

The meditation and yoga classes were very peaceful and you can’t beat the view! Starting each morning of my vacation doing yoga was perfect- started the day feeling strong, relaxed and at peace.

very relaxing, no pressure to perform, glad that she didn't make us say anything religious / hindu. would have liked it exactly on the beach but was a little near the path parallel to the beach but good experience nevertheless
