They cancelled on us within 12 hours of our ride and no interest in rescheduling due to staffing issues. Only offered an ATV ride which is not the same as horseback rides through waterfalls. So beware of this possibility. We were the most excited for this experience and only checked our phone in the morning to find out the disappointing news.

I am very sorry about having to cancel your ride. Unfortunately our trail guide was unexpectedly injured at her other job. As soon as we were notified we informed you. We processed your full refund immediately. Unfortunately there are just some things that are out of our control. Again, I am very sorry about this.

The guides and horses were amazing!! I would definitely book with them again. The horses were very well cared for and they put a lot of thought into the matching the horse to the riders level of experience. As an advanced trail rider this was a truly fun and unique ride. Also would like to commend them on having saddles that fit the horses because not tour companies do.

I can highly recommend going for a ride here: the horses are happy and respond well to the rider's instructions, horses are assigned by rider's abilities and the ride has something for everyone, be it beginner or advanced rider. Friendly and helpful staff, great horses and magnificent views: a ride to remember!

Give yourself a treat and spend a morning on this ride. The wranglers are excellent and and horses truly are special. I ride frequently and this was one of the experiences of my 71 years. Joe and Indi and Chris were fabulous! Enjoy yourself.

Everyone was great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Having ridden only a few times in my life, this meant a lot. The ride was enjoyable, the views spectacular. I liked that the guides gave us history about Maui. Important note which my husband and I overlooked, you can not ride horses if you weigh more than 230 lbs. I’m sure it says that somewhere in web site but we missed it. He ended up riding ATV with a different group which worked out fine. My horse, ( Big Red was perfect! )

Fantastic experience! it was our second time with them and it was as great as the first! Horses are amazing - very well trained. They go out of their way to ensure you are paired up with the horse best suited for you. Guides are really good, patient, helpful with suggestions for those who are less experienced with riding. We love this ride because they let you gallop a bit (if you choose to), whereas others don’t. Scenery is fabulous. TIP: Wear padded bike shorts under your jeans - it helps make it more comfortable. The only criticism has nothing to do with the ride, but just the road up there, off the main road is very rough. I wish they’d do something to the bit at the very entrance, off the main road as it is designed in a way you can’t avoid bottoming out your car as you leave it, just as you start back on the main road.

Awesome guides. Awesome horses. Didn’t see waterfalls or go down to the water, but fun nonetheless! Cats everywhere - should have brought allergy medicine. 🤷🏼♀️
