Great experience and one to remember. A must visit for island visitors!!!
Winsome was an excellent host and she definitely shared her passion and knowledge on sustainable farming practices; and wanting to connect folks with their organically grown food. Love the walk thru the farm, learning about what it takes to plant and harvest crops; and picking ingredients for our meal. Thoroughly enjoyed preparing and eating our delicious meal. Hope the farm and the sustainable farming "message " continues to grow their success and their practices widely adopted.

This was one of the most unique, fulfilling, and fun experiences of our entire time on Maui. Whitney and Winsome were so kind and knew so much about food and farming. We prepared an incredible meal filled with food we harvested from the farm ourselves — including dishes I'd never tried before. We learned about their farm and local crops and also picked up some VERY useful cooking/prep tips. And we all bonded as a group of travelers from all over the country. I'd highly recommend this experience to anyone from foodies to people who just want to do something fun. Thanks again for creating such a fun time for us all!

Such a fun experience to be on the farm, cooking with local grown ingredients from and grown right there! Whit is an amazing chef and teacher. It was a really unique experience filled with knowledge i wouldn’t have otherwise gathered whilst on my trip!

Amazing!!! As parents with 4 kids we have realized how important food is to our health and wellbeing. We want to give our children the tools they need to navigate the current food system and bringing them to Lā Kāhea open their eyes to holistic nourishment and the symbiotic relationship we should have with the earth. The staff here is obviously passionate about the land and body and it shows in how they incorporate the harvest into the amazing food you learn to prepare. My whole family learned so much and I feel like this will be an inflection point in our lives that will set our kids up for success as young humans and inform how they navigate through life. I highly recommend this tour!

This was one of our favorite experiences during our maui stay! Our family loved being able to harvest the ingredients, straight from the farm, and prepare it in our meal. Some of the best tortillas I've ever tasted!

Such a cool experience! The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and it was obvious they cared about what they do. It was also nice to learn more about where our food came from.

This was the best cooking class I've ever experienced. Really creative menu and kind hosts. The education I received regarding soil health and food nutrition was an extra added bonus. What a fun experience. Highly recommended.
