Could not fault this shuttle to the Waikele Outlet. Picked up on time, bus was clean and comfortable, and the driver was friendly and professional. Have taken this shuttle a few times now and it has always been great.

I usually go by rental car, but this time I used the shuttle bus for the first time. Three days later, I was unable to get the next day due to the time slot and number of people on the way back and forth by making an online reservation there. It was 20💲 per person round trip. I was sent a QR code and went to the meeting place on the day, but I was anxious because I had to wait for about 20 minutes. There was no confirmation of the QR code, so he identified himself before heading to the bus. We arrived in about 30 minutes, but the girls on board were impatient because the bus was delayed, so the shopping time was shortened. We stayed for about 3 hours, so it was nice to eat lunch and shop slowly.

Driver was extremely nice and the bus was lovely and clean and cool. Picked up on time, no trouble whatsoever. Will definitely book again next time.

I had never been to premium outlets before (Apparently they have them in different states). To be honest, I wasn't impressed. I found much better bargains at the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet. Only $2 admission there too!

This shopping centre is way, way out of town, and the bus took us through less beautiful parts of Honolulu . All the big brand shops. The price tags show a certain amount, and the shop allows a discount - I saw 30 and 40%-, then they put tax onto it, and the final cost seems to be a little less than one would pay in Australia, so it is good shopping and a nice experience, but I cant know if it was better than other places which would have been closer. When it was time to be picked up, we were rather uncertain, and none of the others in the group seemed to be sure, and there was a bit of wandering around and speculating.

The Waikele outlet stores are located outside of Waikiki and it's not a tour. The outlet offer's a lot of discounts for customers looking for name brands at a bargain.

I’ve done this trip with Roberts numerous times before Covid with no issues. Previously you were able to pick a return time so you never had to rush however this has since changed. We were picked up 10 mins late and by the time we had finished the pick ups, we were then stuck in terrible traffic. We didn’t end up arriving until nearly 2 hours later. It ended up being a rushed day out at the outlets. Disappointed

I was picked up on time for the outlet shopping. The bus was clean and not too busy. The options for going there and coming back was limited (there were more time slots before the pandemic). I also used their airport pick up and return. They don't come inside the airport anymore. So I went outside to search for the shuttle van after waiting inside for a good 15 minutes. I should have read the instructions but I had been taking the airport shuttle for 10 years before the pandemic. The return trip to the airport was 15 minutes early. The drivers are welcoming and friendly.

All the major brands in one place, not a cheap as I would have thought for an outlet. Ok if you have a day to spare and want to do some shopping.

hi will have 1 day. as we have been to hawaii 4 times we don't need to do the big tour places. i want to go to waikki first than dhoping at the discount shops. and back to ship. maybe a laui at night. Do you pick up from cruise ships ?
