The representative was there at the baggage claim as expected. The leis were beautiful, and smelled wonderful. Our flight was delayed and the representative stayed in contact with me, letting me know they were updated.

Beautiful Lei with pleasant smell but greater was supposed to meet us at our baggage claim upon arrival but did not show up until 10 minutes after our luggage arrived which spoiled the surprise for my wife because I had to explain why we had to stay at our baggage claim after our baggage arrived. Greater was very nice and offered to take our picture.

Thank you for your review! While we are glad you were happy with the lei, we do apologize for the response time of our greeter. There was no indication on her greeting report of an issue, but rest assured, our greeters base their arrival on the airport's arrival data and will notify our guests if any issue in their presence is delayed. Nonetheless, we truly hope your visit was wonderful, despite the on-off rainy weather conditions!

Very accommodating especially when we messed up the dates. Our flight was cancelled so we had to change the names to just my brother and sister in law who were very impressed

The connection with the company in baggage claim went well. They communicated via text while we were on the flight so we knew what to look for. The lei was beautiful.

This was such a great was to kick off to our Hawaiian Honeymoon! We got the deluxe with Tuburose and made sure to keep them in the fridge so we could enjoy them for a couple days! We got so many compliments on how beautiful they were! Thank you to Josie for being so helpful and being so informative! This is a must do and was such a great surprise for my wife!

I misunderstood when i was booking airport pick up to the hotel. I thought the Lei greeting was part of transportation. It should be in large letters on your page that “TRANSPORTATION NOT INCLUDED”. The lady who greeted us was nice though.
I would have cancelled the Leis because it was expensive for $78 for 2. Its my fault i did not check the small writings. This page should not be included with transport from airport to hotel,confusing when im trying to book it.We have to get a taxi and we only paid $45 including tip..
