The connection with the company in baggage claim went well. They communicated via text while we were on the flight so we knew what to look for. The lei was beautiful.

This was such a great was to kick off to our Hawaiian Honeymoon! We got the deluxe with Tuburose and made sure to keep them in the fridge so we could enjoy them for a couple days! We got so many compliments on how beautiful they were! Thank you to Josie for being so helpful and being so informative! This is a must do and was such a great surprise for my wife!

Very easy, met us at baggage claim holding up a sign with our name. Good quality flowers, very fragrant but not overpowering.

I misunderstood when i was booking airport pick up to the hotel. I thought the Lei greeting was part of transportation. It should be in large letters on your page that “TRANSPORTATION NOT INCLUDED”. The lady who greeted us was nice though.
I would have cancelled the Leis because it was expensive for $78 for 2. Its my fault i did not check the small writings. This page should not be included with transport from airport to hotel,confusing when im trying to book it.We have to get a taxi and we only paid $45 including tip..

Communication was great and on time. Flowers were beautiful and fresh . After a 12 hour flight it was a great welcome to Hawaii.

It was so perfect to start me and my sons vacation off right with a flower greeting!
They were right at baggage claim with my name on a sign and a beautiful person to greet and welcome us.
I HIGHLY recommend and suggest that you start your vacation off right with this company greeting! 🤙🌸🌸 Mohalo!!!

The Leis provided by this company were beautiful. They also were extremely fragrant. We could not ask for a better welcome to Oahu. Marlyn was an exceptional greeter. Upon our exit from the aircraft we had to complete our safe travels process which was quite long due to the first day for vaccinated passengers having an opportunity to visit the island. Marlyn waited for us in baggage claim, greeted us upon arrival with a warm Aloha, took photos of our group, and even walked us to our transportation. Our group truly appreciated her professionalism, patience, and timeliness. We could not ask for better service. Mahalo!!!🌺🌺🌺
