这儿的景色还是很棒的，而且密苏里州旅行团在这景点给你提供的讲解还是很详细的。因为在施工，所以我们可以在这附近骑行观光，以这种方式替代进入纪念馆里参观也是很不错的。我们数年前便来过这儿，所以对这地方不是很想念。

目前无法进入真正的亚利桑那纪念碑—我建议你在参观前确认一下码头的登陆平台是否已经修好。剩下的参观非常棒——两个博物馆，电影和游船之旅都非常棒。我们在阵亡将士纪念日参观了这里，公园工作人员很好地接待了额外的游客。

Boat tour was canceled because of high wind. But very interesting movie and museum . Will try and get back on next trip. Was told this could be a possibility in the winter.

What a very moving experience!! Great narrated tour, however the girls at the check in desk were very rude and unhelpful. Once you figure out how the tour works, it was very emotional and well laid out. Definitely worth it to get the boat tickets to go out to see the Arizona after the narrated tour

This was a must experience tour. Very informative and heart rendering. Seeing the place where so many soldiers gave their lives for our freedom was a very humbling & moving experience.

Almost heard of Pearl Harbour so we had to visit. Being from Canada, it’s not relative exactly to our history but still significant. My wife and I were not totally prepared for being emotional on visiting the sight. Makes you realize the senselessness of war.

Sadly, you have to pay to book a tour with a tour group or hotel if you want to visit the Arizona Memorial. The 1,300 “free” tickets that are supposed to be released and available at recreation.gov at 3p.m. each day are already spoken for by these for profit tour groups. Also, the park authority will not allow ride shares so be prepared for a bit of a walk and an all day wait in a standby line, with no guarantee of getting a ticket, if you don’t book with a tour outfit. We had 3 days in Honolulu and thankfully figured out the game on Day 2. We booked with hotel concierge and got on tour Day 3. Site itself was very moving and well done.

Looking back at the tour page, I can see this tour does not include the ferry to the USS Arizona; however, this was not clear at the time of booking and three other parties we ran into with this same experience also had the same issue. That’s three couples that happened to visit on the same day at the same TIME that we did who were misled by this tour. Statistically, that suggests this is a major issue with the advertisement of this experience.
These three other parties had also attempted to receive a refund and were declined…as such, we didn’t bother trying and at least took advantage of the VR portion of this tour. It was a cool diversion for 7 minutes and is the reason for the second star, but this alone is not worth the full price. We didn’t bother with the audio tour as the free museums were fantastic on their own. There’s probably a case to be made with the Better Business Bureau here regarding the advertisement of this experience—I still may raise a case once we’re home.
Though we did eventually make it to the USS Arizona, it came after waiting two hours in an unshaded standby line with several other frustrated customers. The reservation system on recreation.gov is frustrating, confusing, and seems like yet another corner-cutting measure hiding behind the guise of COVID safety. This excursion exists specifically to take advantage of customers that don’t know any better and will make me steer clear of any Viator tours in the future.
Be sure to visit Pearl Harbor when in Oahu—but do NOT take advantage of any added experiences and be on the recreation.gov site exactly at 3pm the day before your visit to make your best attempt at reserving the USS Arizona ferry.

Our tour guide Humu was amazing, he was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful to me and my family. We had a mix-up in our reservation and he got it worked out for us the USS Arizona was one of the most touching things I have experienced. I highly recommend seeing it.

This is why we came to Oahu. Loved Pearl Harbor & the Audio Tour. No advance notice but the ferry dock was damaged in the storm so sad to say no USS Arizona or Missouri.
