We have multiple complimentary bento options (fish, chicken and veggie), and have adjusted the menu a few times due to customer feedback. We've had many compliments with the current menu. Aloha, Thank you for your feedback regarding our dolphin tour. We understand that the journey to the west side of the island can be long, but it is also the best location to spot dolphins. We equip our buses to make this journey as comfortable as possible for our guests. Our captains always do their best to find the most active snorkel spot for guests. Unfortunately, the unpredictability of ocean conditions and presence of wildlife lead every snorkel experience to vary. Due to NOAA regulations we are no longer able to swim with dolphins, which is why we find viewing them from the boat is the best alternative for guests. Our professional photographers work to capture exciting moments for every guest on the tour. That being said, we are sorry that your photo package did not meet your expectations. Our photographers do their best to get high quality photos and videos of our guests both in and out of the water. Aloha, We’re sorry that the travel time for the tour was longer than you had hoped. We’ve noted your feedback and appreciate you sharing it with us. We operate our tour on the west side of the island where the dolphins are most commonly found. We understand that it takes time to travel there, however, we see it as a great opportunity to see the birthplace and most preserved part of the island! We reserve 1 hour of the tour for snorkeling and spend the other 2 on things such as searching for wildlife, sharing cultural information, hula performance, and more. We’ve created this tour schedule to be all inclusive and provide more than just an average snorkel tour.
